Originally I had stated that it doesn't glow. After putting in in natural sunlight for a little while, I realized it does glow. Before I put this new review, customer service had reached out to me to offer me a full refund, and I explained that it was actually on my end not giving it proper light. They were fast to respond and I am happy with product.

As another Vine reviewer said - this is NOT masking tape, duct tape or gaffers tape. All of those tape types have particular properties that this tape does NOT have. It is very bright and probably glow in the dark and would work great as spike tape in theaters (the tape you put on stage to mark spots to stand and other visual support for props or scenery). But you can't trust that it's going to work like gaff tape or duct tape in other properties like strength, or removeability.It comes with a backing, like a type of vinyl, maybe? and will probably work great for marking and/or decorating stuff. It's not particularly flexible, so mostly for taping in straight lines.

So these do glow, and glow well. They're also nice colors. So five stars for what they are.One star for the product description though, because it's not accurate at all. These are not duct tape. These are not gaffer-type tape. These are vinyl, like you would use in a vinyl cutter. They even have a paper backing, and one of mine has a bit of the masking tape that held the original roll together before this seller sawed it into a bunch of separate "tape" rolls.I'm gonna get use out of it, but the product name/description are wildly inaccurate.
