Not durable
Grid system is very nice, plus has enough storage for a 5ablet and 13" laptop with no problem. Main issue is with the durability. After just two trips, the loop handle and one of the straps separated. This was not a good purchase...

Broke at 34 days
This backpack is great, but here we are at 34 days and the strap is breaking off the bag. I would not recommended this bag.

Great design but terrible quality workmanship.
Zip was jagged and got stuck on first attempt to open. Laptop protection felt sturdy and firm, but the stitching on straps felt like it couldn't take much weight and would rip after a while. Thin, low quality materials.
