Well made swivelling mount for a speed bad or similar applications. The bearings spin freely with no snags or hiccups.Includes mounting hardware in case you need to replace your older setup.I used this to replace an aged everlast bag stand's speed bag mount with perfect success. The only thing I needed to do for my particular application was drill new holes to use the included hardware [unlike the old setup which was one single hole with a bolt through it to mount the bag].The finnish is nice and the shackle fits well, just be prepared to fidget with it for a moment to get the ring removed and pull the pin in order to attach whatever youre using to the shackle itself during installation.

My son and I have been using this makeshift speed bag mount for nearly a month and it's perfect .it rotates freely and has been beaten daily and is super sturdy it came with everything needed and was assembled and installed with ease ,please note I am referring to just the mount not the actual speed bag

If you're looking at this - you're likely looking to build your own speed bag platform. Maybe you are looking to replace a swivel but in my experience that can be a tricky endeavor. It doesn't seem there's a standard for hole spacing or screw layout. This is what I would say is non-traditional w/ a triangular three screw design. So be aware that you probably won't be using this as a 1-1 replacement. However, if like me you're building from scratch, this is lovely. Smooth rotation, decent enough hardware. Put a little lubricant on the bearings and it's silky. Everything you'd want.
