I swear by this stuff! This is my second bottle and it makes my periods feel so much regular. My cycles were all over the place. One month I would have a 27 day cycle. The next a 24 day cycle. Then a 29 day cycle. And a 26 day cycle. I decided to regulate my period naturally so I bought this PCOS supplement. This contains inositol with some herb that did regulate my cycle like it was suppose to. Normal menstrual cycles now, mine of 30-33 days usually, . I'm so happy I found this product. I no longer feel tired through the day now I've never felt this balanced in my life, I already see my skin clearing up. I feel better and not as laggy. In this time my period has finally stopped, my face is COMPLETELY clear of acne, my facial hair has slowed down dramatically I have been able to sleep without waking up thru the night. I did have a normal cycle!
