Very pleasantly surprised
I was looking for a Bluetooth headset for use with my working from home set up and came across this by pure accident. I liked the style as it wrapped around your head and over your ear and came with a detachable microphone which meant that I could use these as a normal headphone as well. Reading the other reviews, the general consensus was that these were a pleasant surprise and for 20-odd quid and the ability to return if unhappy, I had little to lose. Ordering and delivery was the usual Amazon efficiency, so no issues there Item arrives in a smallish cardboard box, with the headset held in a plastic tray. It was held in fairly snuggly, so I was careful when removing as I did not want to break any part by just yanking it out. Initial impressions were really good. The headset was a nice grey colour, the buttons had a nice firm click and feel, it appeared well put together, with no gaps or rough edges, so QC seemed to be on point. What I wasn't expecting was how light the headset was - it is very light. Now this is great from a comfort perspective as you will hardly notice that you are wearing these, but I was concerned that the battery would be a weak point - more on that later. Design wise, I like the way that the headset loops around the back of your head and then loops over the top of your ear before resting on your ears. There is nothing that goes into your ear, nor does this cover your ear completely like an AE headphone would. The design is intentional as the seller says, this is so that you can head the environment you are sitting in as well, and to be honest, it works well. Having used this in the office, I have been able to hear the speakers on my various calls clearly, but also have been able to hear colleagues call my name. When the ambient environment gets too loud, I turn up the volume on the headset and carry on as normal - it works and works well. The additional benefit of this design is that I can also gauge how loud I am speaking and regulate my volume (we all have that person in the office who has no idea how loud they are!) the device is charged via USB-C (supplied) and the port is covered by a rubber cap to prevent dust ingress. Sound quality wise, again, pleasantly surprised. The sound is nicely balanced. Don't expect thumping bass or refined mids and highs, that's not what these are for, but the sound quality is surprising clear and rich. There is a low end present, which means they are enjoyable for listening to music as well as their primary use of a working headset. They go decently loud and don't leak sound like you would think given the open design. The ear-ports are designed to be pointing into your ear, so there's not much that leak out. The people sitting next to me have never complained that they could hear my conversations. I also like this design as I wore these when out cycling with the kids. It meant that I could enjoy my music, whilst also being aware of the roads, traffic and my kid's cries for a rest or something to drink. I've not worn them for running, but given the design and the weight, I suspect they will be equally suitable. There's an inbuilt microphone and the detachable boom, both of which work well as the people on the other end of the call can hear me clearly. The noise cancelling also appears to work well as again I have not had complaints about a noisy background. I really like the detachable boom. It's held on magnetically and has 360 degree rotation. The only negative is that it can only be attached to the right side of the headset, whereas I personally like the microphone on the left - but it's no biggie and certainly doesn't detract from the headset's versatility. Coming back to the battery, this was the last bit of the "pleasantly surprised" experience so far. Being so light, I suspected a tiny battery that would give me a couple of hours and then need constant recharging. Not so. I fully charged these on the day they arrived and used them for about 5 days before needing to charge them again. Now that's not continuously for 5 days, but it does include 4 /5 30 mins calls each day, a couple of hours on the bike and then random watching of videos / listening to music as well, so really good. The real test will be how long the battery works, but that's the long term test! One final point to be aware of is that this headset can be connected to 2 devices simultaneously, meaning I have it connect to my mobile and laptop at the same time, and it connects to whichever device I get a call on - not bad considering how little this headset costs! In conclusion, this is a great bit of kit, works well, sounds good and doesn't cost the earth. It looks well made and hopefully will last a while. It had be used a headset and headphone, so 2 devices in 1 and, importantly, just works! If you're on the fence, give it a try and maybe you too will be pleasantly surprised

light as a feather, good sound quality
Great headphones for calls. very lightweight and comfortable, I sometimes forget I'm wearing them. The clip on microphone looks cool, but is not required. the built in microphone das job just as well. I'm not a heavy user, so the battery lasts for 3-4 weeks ....

Yes, it's great, But...
I have this headset and another one, as I wanted to try the removable microphone and it definitely helped with people asking about who I was about to sell car insurance to, every time the lil boom mic was spotted. Now, this headset boasts great audio and high quality experience, which it has both of for the price point, however I found it started getting uncomfortable as I was wearing it for longer periods of time, especially as the actual earpieces were resting on that little pointy bit of cartilage in the front of your ear. For me it eventually caused minor pain, but as I said I was wearing these for long periods. The microphone noise cancelling is VERY good at this price, and I was having a great time talking to people on the headset with excessive noise in the background. They were none the wiser! I did have a concern about the little cover for the microphone mount, but spares are included in the box if you manage to lose one, and the magnet that attaches the microphone to the headset is plenty strong enough to hold it inost situations if you want to keep it attached. User experience is a little wonky, (I called 3 different people whilst trying to skip a song on a playlist) but once the functions were figured out they ran smoothly. All in all, it's a great headset for short-term wearing, but please be careful when using it for long periods of time! If you ONLY want more comfort I would recommend the G2, for the same price. For everything else, this is better.

Stylish, multipurpose, futuristic design, great call quality!
I'd always been used to in-ear, individual ear pods in the past, but found some just wouldn't retain much charge after minimal use. Also back ground noise was always an issue with in-ear pods. So when I saw this I was instantly drawn to it's stylish and futuristic design. Comes with a detachable mic boom piece which adds the wow factor when you are seen wearing it in the office. Boom is magnetic and can be swivelled 360 degrees on the right ear phone. Boom only fits on right ear phone, left ear phone can't be used for boom. Headset comes as one piece, connecting left/right ear phones with a curved wire structure, that acts like a neck/head rest to help wear headset comfortably. These ear phones sit on the outside of your ears, there is no piece that goes in the ear itself. Can feel uncomfortable if worn for prolonged time. Sound quality is great, zero crackling as with other headsets/ear phones. Small and light weight form factor, can easily carry in bag, jack pocket or wear around neck for quick access. Can be used for listening to music and playing MMPO games which have built in modes you can change. Inbuilt system messages/voice is loud when in use and will alert you when receiving inbound calls. Uses latest bluetooth 5.3 chip and USB C charging port. So far so good, not really pushed it to it's limits with testing for background noise, though it does say it has built in noise cancelling. Have use multiple times for calls, since fully charged and still has 60% left. If you are in a sales or service job, this is a must buy! Also connects to 2x BT devices at once, however only one BT device can actively use the headset.

Terrible product
This is a terrible product, low quality. One ear stop working after 10 days of usage. The base is really bad as well!!! Is a waste of money trust me, not worth it !!!

Does not last
I bought these earphones late June 2024. I was initially thrilled with the comfort and sound quality. It was light and did not cause the heavy weighted feeling of standard over ear headphones. Unfortunately in the past few weeks things started to go wrong. First it was not as easy to turn the headset off. then the odd crackle crept into the sound quality. Now it is completely dead. It won't charge at all. Very disappointed.

Static type buzz cutting in and out with audio
Comfy. "POWER ON / POWER OFF / CONNECTED" voice is so annoying and loud whenever you take any of these actions. Have tested on Chromebase / Fire TV / Firestick / Laptop and whenever it's not being used it's silent, whenever you click something you can hear a buzzy type background noise kick in and go again when you stop doing something that needs noise. This is insanely annoying while working taking calls. Sometimes it's as if it the audio cuts back in AFTER someone has started talking to you so you miss the first syllables etc.. BUT they're wireless and comfy so... Oh yeah I also have wrecked a USB cable trying to get it in the insanely awkward charging port obscured by the rubber cover that flips all over in the way when you're trying to plug it in.
