I'd always been used to in-ear, individual ear pods in the past, but found some just wouldn't retain much charge after minimal use. Also back ground noise was always an issue with in-ear pods. So when I saw this I was instantly drawn to it's stylish and futuristic design. Comes with a detachable mic boom piece which adds the wow factor when you are seen wearing it in the office. Boom is magnetic and can be swivelled 360 degrees on the right ear phone. Boom only fits on right ear phone, left ear phone can't be used for boom. Headset comes as one piece, connecting left/right ear phones with a curved wire structure, that acts like a neck/head rest to help wear headset comfortably. These ear phones sit on the outside of your ears, there is no piece that goes in the ear itself. Can feel uncomfortable if worn for prolonged time. Sound quality is great, zero crackling as with other headsets/ear phones. Small and light weight form factor, can easily carry in bag, jack pocket or wear around neck for quick access. Can be used for listening to music and playing MMPO games which have built in modes you can change. Inbuilt system messages/voice is loud when in use and will alert you when receiving inbound calls. Uses latest bluetooth 5.3 chip and USB C charging port. So far so good, not really pushed it to it's limits with testing for background noise, though it does say it has built in noise cancelling. Have use multiple times for calls, since fully charged and still has 60% left. If you are in a sales or service job, this is a must buy! Also connects to 2x BT devices at once, however only one BT device can actively use the headset.

I have this headset and another one, as I wanted to try the removable microphone and it definitely helped with people asking about who I was about to sell car insurance to, every time the lil boom mic was spotted. Now, this headset boasts great audio and high quality experience, which it has both of for the price point, however I found it started getting uncomfortable as I was wearing it for longer periods of time, especially as the actual earpieces were resting on that little pointy bit of cartilage in the front of your ear. For me it eventually caused minor pain, but as I said I was wearing these for long periods. The microphone noise cancelling is VERY good at this price, and I was having a great time talking to people on the headset with excessive noise in the background. They were none the wiser! I did have a concern about the little cover for the microphone mount, but spares are included in the box if you manage to lose one, and the magnet that attaches the microphone to the headset is plenty strong enough to hold it inost situations if you want to keep it attached. User experience is a little wonky, (I called 3 different people whilst trying to skip a song on a playlist) but once the functions were figured out they ran smoothly. All in all, it's a great headset for short-term wearing, but please be careful when using it for long periods of time! If you ONLY want more comfort I would recommend the G2, for the same price. For everything else, this is better.

Had it for four months now. Listening is good, but quality when talking is poor. Have had complaints from people I talk to throughout these months and now decided to stop using it.

I am impressed with this G9 headset. I already have the G3. However, I needed another headset, as I used them a lot, and sometimes forget to charge. So having a second pair means I can easily swap over, whilst the other is charging. Delivery was quick, too. The sound quality is fantastic. I was impressed with the sound of the G3, but the G9 is far better. It has good clear sound quality. For music, it has a nice base and beautiful clarity to the sounds, I thought. Sound quality for a phone call is also really good. I can hear the other person clearly. Speaking with my mum, who is hard-hearing, the detachable boom helps to ensure, she can also hear me well. The boom is very easy to detach or attach. It is magnetic. Even without the boom, I am able to have a nice conversation and the other people can hear me well. It is comfortable and light to wear. Like the G3, it is comfortable to wear with glasses and sometimes easy to forget that you are wearing it. I love that, now G9 headphones has volume control on the headset. I got used to the position of the controls, very quickly. The buttons also have a nice feel to them, when they are press. You get a good feedback on pressing them and a soft click sound too. The same for the multifunctional power on and off button. A nice ergonomic design, I felt. The price is great for the sound quality and features. I looked at similar headphones with similar features, but was put off by how expensive some of them were, for similar features. So this ones for the price, comfort, sound quality and features, I am very happy. Oh, this is can be paired with two devices also. I have it paired to my laptop and phone. Switch between the two devices is seamless. If I am on the laptop and the phone rings, it automatic switch to the phone, so I can take the call, if I want to. Pairing was easy. However, I found it was better, I paired it first with the laptop. Then disconnect the the Bluetooth (not unpair) the headset from the laptop or switch the laptop off, then pair the headset to the second device; mobile. After that, if I played or listen to something on the laptop or the mobile, it just switched seamlessly, as mentioned. So for me, this is fabulous buy and I am very happy with it.

Great headphones for calls. very lightweight and comfortable, I sometimes forget I'm wearing them. The clip on microphone looks cool, but is not required. the built in microphone das job just as well. I'm not a heavy user, so the battery lasts for 3-4 weeks . .

I've just missed the returns window and been testing this for a month, but I've had repeated feedback from callers that my audio breaks up and I'm significantly quieter than my previous headset. Sadly I'll have to buy a different headset. I bought this for work, to take calls, and whilst the audio on my end is good, and battery life has been very good, the Bluetooth seems to be intermittent and I'm too quiet meaning callers keep asking me to repeat myself. I wouldn't recommend.

Currently waiting for a response from 'customer service' as I am considering returning it. When the email address is a Hotmail account, you do wonder! The people who call me when I have the headset connected to my mobile phone or laptop decide to hang up and redial as they cannot hear me clearly, "sounds like you are in a fish tank!" they tell me once I have disconnected. The sound I hear is very good, and I found the headset really comfortable however, if i have to disconnect to be heard properly it defeats the purpose of why i purchased it.

I am very happy with the quality of the headset. For several years I have been using a headset that cost over $200 as I work from home and unfortunately it died. I could not afford to buy an expensive one so close to Christmas and so bought this one for approximately $40 . I’ve been using it now for a couple of days and I’m pleasantly surprised. It actually works as well as my old expensive one. It is very comfortable to wear throughout the day. When I speak with people on the phone, they seem to hear quite well. The quality when I’m listening to others is perfect. The item hooked up to Bluetooth immediately after charging. The instructions were quite clear and it can be paired with anything that has Bluetooth- and for each device they explain how. I do a lot of walking and it’s hard to wear headphones in the winter when it’s cold and snowing . I hate the type that go directly in your ear. With this device, I can very comfortably wear a hat and listen to podcasts or music when I walk outside. I find the device to be light enough and comfortable, yet very seems also sturdy and solid. The microphone is secured by a very strong magnet and repositioned at any angle. I like that the buttons are limited to volume and one multi-function button. That button can do a variety of things such as changing songs. The added bonus of this headset is that for me it’s a multi purpose device - suited both for business/speaking to clients and for outdoors.

I have to say when I ordered this headset, I was skeptical, I can be really picky when it comes to my earbuds and headsets. From the beginning, I was impressed with the quality of this headset. The headset feels very solid and should last a long time. The material is soft and comfortable and sits well on my ears. I was expecting a wire connecting the two earpieces together, but I was surprised that it's actually a solid & flexible material, maybe it's flexible hard plastic? maybe it's one of those tubes of spiral metal, it's hard to say, but it feels solid either way. The packaging was really nice, and the headset came with a little baggie of extra rubber caps for the removable microphone. Didn't expect that, and it was nice. I tend to forget where I place those types of things, so having a couple of extras is convenient. Also came with a charging cable and user manual. The headset uses a standard Type C USB connector. Connecting the headset to my phone was a breeze and popped up on my phone the second I turned it on. Good solid connection, I can walk all over my house and outside while my phone sits in my room on the charger. The battery indicator widget on my phone was working, which is a plus. Alot of headsets don't support this feature. The sound quality is really nice. I wasn't sure if it would sound good, since it just sits on your ear instead of having a rubber tip. But it does sound good. Battery life is impressive, I was able to go for almost 14 hours straight while listening to music at a decent volume. Charging took about an hour and fifteen minutes or so to charge to full battery from dead. The headset is using the Bluetooth 5.3 chipset. It supports Bluetooth protocols HSP, HFP, A2DP, & AVRCP. The manual says the headset has a 150mAh battery @3.7v. The speaker size is 15.4mm running at 20ohms +-15%. The included manual is an actual user manual, that was really surprising... usually it's just a multi-lingual pamphlet. But no, this is a 20 page booklet with color photos, and it's all in English. The microphone on this headset works really well...and it's removable. Also... the headset does indeed have an internal microphone. So the removable mic is optional, but it's a nice feature. I tested the call clarity and had no issues with either microphone. All in all, a decent little headset. I could wear these for hours and never have my ears hurting. They are very light and you can hardly tell you are wearing them. If you make phone calls, video calls, or use any chat service a lot, this headset would be great. The headset has dedicated volume buttons, which also have other functions, and a play/pause button as well. The headset also has a gaming mode, which was an unexpected surprise. Three clicks on the play/pause button and you are in gaming mode. According to the manual, the gaming mode lowers the latency of audio. You can also multi-device connect, either two phones, or phone and PC, or phone and game system. Everything I tried to connect to just worked... not one issue. No disconnecting problems, or static issues at all. Long-press the Multi-function Play/pause button and you get access to Siri or the Google Assistant. If you wear a headset all the time and your ears get really sore from your headset, I would highly recommend this headset as a solution. Customer support is really responsive and friendly, if you have any questions at all. I rated the noise cancelling at 4-stars because even though my environment is indeed quieter with these on, there is only so much you can block out with this design. EDIT: I was mistaken, the Microphone is noise-cancelling. Not the headset...I misread. 5-Stars for sure! 😊

First impressions - they almost feel too light but having spent a day or so with them now I can give a pretty ok review. I bought them primarily for gaming as I don't like "can" style heads and ear buds block out too much. This set has found a really nice balance between weight, sound quality (not amazing but not crap either, very usable) and functionality. I spent yesterday using it mainly as headphones listening to music at work, pleasantly surprised by the sound quality - much better than expected. Using it for phone, the mic is brilliant - I'm used to shouting on headsets and I've had to turn myself down on the phone (talk quieter for those that are confused) and had to adjust my mic settings on my pc as they were too high for this headset. The detachable mic is a nice touch - a simple way to mute yoursellf, literally take off the mic. So all in all, yeah I'm happy to recommend this headset, it's good value for money, feels light but solid, suond quality is decent for the type and the mic works really well. I've already ordered a second set to leave at work.
