Everything works well and is very useful for the price. I had a small issue and the customer service helped sort it quickly.

I already have various USB-C hubs like this (and another new one delivered today), which I'm using for comparison. I have these for use with my Galaxy Fold 3 (in Dex mode). I'm not keen on the branding/logo, but do really like the subtle stylised port labelling. The aluminium case is very solid and nicely anodised; though the edges at either end are quite sharp and could have been smoothed off more. The captive cable is nice and chunky, but very flexible; more so than any other hub I have. The USB-C connector is also housed in aluminium. I'd describe the whole assembly as feeling solid and durable despite being very light. Good value in this price range. Both new hubs I'm testing today (and a Hama I'm also revisiting) have identical configurations and specifications. All three give the same results with Samsung Dex, with all functions working as expected; except for the 100W PD passthrough charging. While all hubs did charge the phone, they did so with 'Fast Charging', not the expected 'Super Fast Charging', supported by the charger. Another of my hubs (VAVA) does support this, so the problem lies with the hubs, not the phone or charger. Research suggests this might be something related to lacking 'PPS' functionality, but this is unclear. I can't verify the 100W claim as I don't currently have a device that can draw that. Overall I'm very pleased with this hub. It performs the same as others in its class, but has a robustness that the other hub I'm testing does not.

This product was sent to me to review, as part of Amazon Vine. The below is my own real-world experience of using it. I picked it up as I have a Steam Deck that it will come in handy for. Quality-wise, the main body is fairly solid. It has a smooth, brushed metal finish, with no sharp edges. All of the ports are easily accessible, and spaced well enough that you can plug in multiple devices at once. I tested the unit with an SD card reader (as you can see in my photograph). I had no issues getting my computer to recognise the device. I was able to navigate through my memory card, with no loss of speed, and no signs of corruption. Overall, a good value item.

I bought this to connect monitor to my pc and use headset at the same time. It only allows monitor share multiple screen and microphone, speaker does not work. There is no issue with headset used on its own but it only allowed microphone and monitor at the same time , no sound can be heard from headset speaker instead comes from laptop.

This USB hub is perfect for my MacBook Air which only has USB-C ports. I use this to charge and connect with my iPhone 13 and other periphery. I also find it handy to charge my headphones and other USB-C devices without the need for an additional plug. So far the device has not shown any signs of overheating or impairment in data transfer speeds. Build quality is good with cable fittings snug and tight. The aluminium body seems to be accurately machined and nice to feel. The extra small form factor is a boon for those like me who like to minimise their travel footprint and weight.

I ordered this with the intention of plugging it into my Acer Predator laptop and using my pc monitor. Upon inspection, it did not work. I don’t think my laptop has USB C output sadly. In addition, it’s only compatible with HDMI and not display port. I wasn’t very happy with the outcome, but it’s not the products fault, rather than my laptops issue. Would be good to have a display port output though. Or maybe a mini hdmi output. I can’t fault it - hence the 5 star review, but I can’t praise it either annoyingly

I got a new Dell laptop that only comes with 2x USB-C ports which meant I couldn't use my old USB keyboard, mouse or headset anymore. This little device came to the rescue and all 3 older USB devices plugged in all work fine together. I tried using the USB-C power passthrough but the laptop picked up that it was lower wattage and may not charge effectively. Luckily both of the USB-C ports on the laptop are able to transit power. So, I have this hub plugged into one USB-C port and the power lead plugged into the other. I recommend if you need a simple USB hub and have 2 USB-C ports on your device.
