I've wanted a dehydrator for a long time before finally deciding on this dehydrator. I've been using the dehydrator for two months now. I've done half a dozen batches of beef jerky plus I have dehydrated just about every fruit and vegetable I could find. It has performed flawlessly on every batch. The temp and timer are very easy to set up and it turns off at the end of the cycle. Set it and forget it. The unit is very quiet, you can barely hear it running. It has equal drying throughout the unit with no cold spots. The stainless-steel trays are well built, and the corrugated wire makes the grates fairly easy to clean. For easier cleaning I recommend spraying the grates with a non-stick spray if dehydrating anything that comes in contact with the trays. Very happy with the purchase. Recommend.

I purchased the larger Cosori dehydrator. It has 10 shelves. I'm sure now that I didn't need one nearly this large but I'm happy with it. It works great. Very easy to operate. Runs very quietly. I was very surprised that it was this quiet. I sliced up and marinated about 6 lbs of London broil and I only used 5 of the 10 shelves. Hahaha. Very nice steel shelves. This machine is a little too large for my countertop so I keep it on top of my chest freezer. I have used it four times so far and I can't say anything bad about it. I love this machine. My jerky comes out perfect.

I have used this almost nonstop since I purchased it. I have dehydrated the herbs and many vegetables I grew this winter. I have been able to dehydrate my broccoli leaves to make green veggie powder for smoothies thus making use of the entire plant. It also does well for drying herbs such as oregano, dill, basil, and chives. It runs quietly and is easy to use. I think it is a good value for the money. I am looking forward to making some fruit leather and dried fruits soon.

loveeeee it!! been wanting a dehydrator for so long because my mom used to have one and we would make home made jerky etc. picked this one because it looked pretty nice for the price. after using it for jerky, pineapple, mango, bananas, and recently to dry some mint leaves, I absolutely love it. doesn't put off too much heat or noise while on, but some heat does come out the glass door hinge so keep that in mind. the timer and temp adjustment on the touch screen work perfect and seem to be accurate. I really like the sleek design so it doesn't even look super clunky on your counter when you're using it, not really big either. seems to really keep the flavors in especially when using lower heat for longer time, comes with a book that gives recommended time, temps, and recipes for whatever you're making which is perfect and handy if someone doesn't know what to do. the book even tells you what the end texture or crunch of a product will be which is so cool. smell is only really noticeable within 6 feet of the machine. comes with several racks and sheets for drying or making fruit leather etc. overall, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I was initially attracted to this because it has a sleek, modern, minimal design made of quality materials - basically it's not one of the white round plastic ones that looks meh, on the counter. This, however, looks about as sharp as a dehydrator could look sitting on my countertop.It is user friendly. Literally you probably don't need to read the instructions it comes with, although handy. This was packaged right! The box corners protected with plastic triangles to prevent denting. Machine protected by styrofoam. They did it right.Machine works immediatly out the gate. I was dehydrating food within 30 min. So far I have dehydrated for 3 days different shifts. I have done strawberries, bananas and pineapples. The machine comes with a "recipe" book, which guides you to temperatures and times. This allows you to group similar time/temp fruits together on same round. Ultimately the trickiest part is just knowing when the fruit is done enough to store long term - as in, all the moisture is gone.Anyhow, I love this for what it is. I would recommend and purchase again.

Having a family full of beef jerkey lovers I wish I'd of ordered this sooner!! I had a different dehydrater for awhile, and the jerkey was a hit or miss constantly. My very first time using this, I knew it was a winner. I cooked just 1 batch jerkey as a test run. The machine was extremely quiet, but my kitchen filled with yummy aromas quickly! 2 hours for 1 pound thin beef jerkey and to my surprise, it was done! It fits nicely on my counter, it has Plenty of room to do a full batch of jerkey, and it's appearance is appealing. The jerkey flavor was incredible, Speed to finished product Outstanding! Value for the money is by far top tier! The timer has automatic shut off, such a great feature! I cannot say enough about this dehydrater, A + Not sure why tho I can only do 2 stars?? This deserves every star possible.

I had been making jerky in the oven (using convection) and had the recipe totally dialed in. Bought this to be a little more efficient and very glad I did. I’ve used it three times for full batches and it is great. I primarily plan on using this for jerky so that is my perspective, FYI. The racks are easy to clean and the 6 of them hold more jerky than you would think. I’m still dialing in the amount of time to dehydrate to get it perfect, but it’s a great little unit and worth the price for sure. Highly recommendedUpdate after 3 months of use: I have used this about ten times to make jerky over the last several months and it really is awesome! Once you figure it out, super easy to use, easy to clean, pretty quiet, and it holds a bunch of jerky. 6 stars highly recommended!!
