Works very well, light weight and quite handy.

Used it fully extended to reach 11ft ceiling to clean the ceiling fan. It felt just as sturdy as any ladder I've ever used. I like that it can be stored in a smaller space. Space is such a commodity these days especially in apartments. At first you might squish your fingers a bit trying to figure it out. Its not complicated. Just watch what your doing when you unlock the step, it will slide right down by itself so get your hand out of the way. When extended, steps self locked, did not have any issues with the ladder staying extended and locked. All works as it should. Maybe it is a little heavier than expected, but I am ok with that.

The ladder is very unstable. Wanted to send it back. Cost too much to send it back. Stay away from this ladder you can get hurt.

I'm an insurance adjuster who works out of a Honda Civic. This ladder is awesome fits in my trunk, light weight, and strong. I know that some people where concerned about the strength of the ladder but I have never had an issue or felt unsafe using this ladder. Overall this ladder is great if you need something compact, lightweight and strong.

I was looking specifically for a lightweight ladder that was tall enough for me to use to clean the gutters and this is the right height and is lightweight but it is not sturdy. Very shaky.

We do not have an attic ladder and room is too small to put one in. This was long enough to lean against attic entrance and angle for comfort climbing into attic opening. Had some delay in shipping due to loss but made it. This was an awesome price and shipper was excellent to work with.

We use this ladder for projects where we don't need to take our truck with longer ladders, and so far, it's worked great! Sturdy, compact, and able to hold the weight we need it to hold. Great product!
