Nice thin 4ā or cut 3ā pizzelleās
Growing up, my family only used C. Palmer irons. After I was married, a co-worker gifted me a 4ā cuisinart that are now hard to come by but fell in love with an was a workhorse for 15 years.I have tried a few other irons, including the full size Cucina Pro (a thicker pizzelle than c palmers iron), and can say, this is perfect for my recipe and acquired texture preference.I used this iron the past 2 days, holiday weekend and a birthday, I was able to get 80 4ā pizzelleās with this iron and my familyās 100 year old recipe with the perfect texture! The iron also heats fast and was extremely easy to prime!!!!! I like some lighter color pizzelleās so I stop the cooking cycle before the light turns green. Thus iron does not have a temperature adjustment but works excellent! Highly recommend to try this⦠especially given the price!

Great little Pizzelle Maker!
My pizzelle maker I had on hand stop working as I was right in the middle of making a batch.I ordered the Sugar Whisk Pizzelle Maker based on it's high reviews and it has not disappointed. I started using it the same day I received it. I am amazed at how quick it heats up and how quickly the Pizzells are ready to remove. It's a win-win!*Note: FYI. because this maker heats up and cooks so quickly you really have to be close by this to be aware of when the pizzells are ready to remove otherwise you could end up with them overcooked or burnt. The green light will click and light up brighter when they are ready to remove. I added less than a teaspoon and they turned out crispy and delicious. š

Good pizzelle maker
This is a good machine and works as described! It is a fairly simple machine to operate and very similar to a waffle maker! It heats up quickly and is easy to clean. It has a small footprint with a built in cord wrap and stand up vertically! The pizzelles are on the smaller side!

If I could of bought a dif one- I would have
Doesnāt have a timer, so u have to figure out ur timing, thereās steam that comes out of it and I've burned my hand a couple times. By the handle. Iāve seen about 40 seconds for each cookie to be on n used a knife to go under it a carry it off. Any longer time didnāt work for me-too crispy- but I was trying to make Stroop waffles. I am still experimenting with it because you canāt cut 1/2 into it to put a filling inside of it. Itās already too thin but itās too thick to not have anything. So what Iām doing is rolling it out, making it thinner and then putting it on the cookie tray burner to then add two together to be able to put a filling insideIt works- it gets hot, just be careful by the handle lifting it open

Even heating. Non stick. Cleans easy
I searched these for weeks and ended up going with this smaller less expensive one since every review had highs and lows. The lows usually being uneven heating. I decided to go with this cheaper one to try my hand at making Pizzelles and if it didn't do great I wouldn't be so mad. When it came the box was in very bad shape. You could tell someone had it before and returned it because it was taped up all across the box with the inner flaps taped on the outside of the box. I was annoyed because I paid for a new grill and that's what I expected to get so I opened it to look at it. I could tell the maker hadnt been used, although the box had clearly been opened. It was clean, the cord was still twisted and the plug covers were on the plug ends. It was in new condition and very clean so I decided to keep it. I think when the last owner saw how small it was they sent it back. But it makes 2 four inch cookies. The heating was even and took about 1 minute per 2 cookies to make. I wiped it down with cooking oil and none of the cookies stuck thereafter. I was really impressed with it. There are also recipes in the box which is almost exact to the one I had. I think this grill is a good choice but if you want the larger 5 inch cookies it's not for you. Of note, the dough spread out when closed so I used my own 4 inch cookie cutter and cut around then when they came off the grill to trim them up.
