I order this product for a family member and when I received it, it was in excellent condition, still wrapped and presented in NEW condition. The phone is currently being used and up to this time(06-07-2018), I've had no problems and the phone works very well... Thanks!Another satisfied customer... Will be ordering more soon!

THEYwher cracked wouldn't turn on or charge really bad I will never order from Amazon again 👎

I used a needle and carefully flipped the tiny switch on the bottom right to turn it on. All I get is an icon that presumably indicates it is charging. I can not activate bluetooth or any of the menu items on the slip of paper that came with it. How is one supposed to use this? Is it really a working device or some gag? No way am I going to buy a cell plan and SIM card without any signs of life from this thing.

Stated in listing it works with T-Mobile and it does not.
