Titleist Velocity Golf Balls

I am 65 years old and my swing speed has fallen off considerably in the last 10 years. I had tried several low compression balls and my Niece gave me my first dozen Velocity balls as a gift. I let them sit around for a few weeks and finally decided to give them a try. They really hit well and check up nicely around the greens. Not going to tell you that I gained a great distance off the tee but I believe I did gain a few yards. I like the feel of the ball and the price is reasonable. Also I did have my first hole in one with this ball; nothing to do with the ball or my talent as a golfer but it goes a long way towards my next purchase.

I am a seven handicap. These are not a bad value for guys trying to save a little money on pro v ones. As expected, they don’t spin around the greens. Once you learn how to play the game without spin it can be an advantage in itself. Deduct a star because I feel they should be slightly cheaper.

As advertised as I actually do get an additional 10-15 yards on my drives.

Nice ball, great for everyday play. Excellent distance, good holding on the greens. Less expensive alternative to the Pro V1/x

This ball goes long but watch out for your approach shots. I used these for a round today and my approach shots were mostly over. IMO this ball is too hard and does not check up like I normally do on my approach shots. My chip ins are also rolling a lot more than usual. They’re good if you want to bomb it but I think I’ll stick to my ProV1s. Just my 2 cents…

I can see this unique green color ball more easily than white or other colored balls.

I’ve tried a lot of different golf balls I’m most interested in distance in these balls are the champions easy to see Ezee to follow they go straight and they go far that’s all I can say I’m no professional golfer. I’m an amateur with high handicap but I absolutely love these.

Thought this color would help spotting the ball against the clouds and sky. Didn’t help but that might be due to my eyes and not necessarily the ball color. Quality golf balls, though.

Excelentes pelotas de golf, dan mucha distancia a los golpes.

Bekannt sehr gutes „Titleist-feeling“, dabei sehr dankbar in den langen Schlägen. Auch das matte Orange ist auf dem Fairway sehr gut zu erkennen.

Decent performance from these bright shiny balls and so much better value than other golf balls Titleist make.

Everything you’d expect from new titleist ball, the only downside is the blue colour, very visible in the air but becomes nearly impossible to see once you have something in the background, like trees or hills etc so a higher handicap player like me struggled to see where it was landing and can’t depend on having confidence on where it’ll land, decently visible when sat on a fairway but difficult to spot in the rough, I’d buy velocity’s again, but maybe in white or yellow and leave blue to better players.
