Stone Lurcher Whippet Greyhound Dog Garden Ornament

Only gave this 4 stars as the detail on the statue wasn't defined, particularly around the face, leaving little facial expression. My statue was not as detailed as the one shown. The shape is lovely though it's more a distance feature than a good close up piece, the base was slightly uneven but with decent placement outside in a raised bed it is steady. It probably wouldn't be a good idea to stand this on a patio without bedding it on some cement as it would topple. That said the delivery was outstanding and fast, the packaging was so well done that there would be no fear of any damage which made my rating from 3 stars for the statue to 4 overall. I have included a picture of it before it went out into the garden where it will age down and look less like concrete. I will definitely be looking for a proper stone one on a plinth base for the future but for now this will do, you get what you pay for after all.

Loved this purchase. Keeping it in the house as makes a lovely elegant feature. Sits beautifully beside an open fire. Recommended to a friend who also loved it when it arrived.

Lovely statue, though still wet on arrival so looked a bit grubby but is ok now. Other issue is the base is not flat so it will not sit unsupported. As it is a gift we are going to give some cement mix to enable the statue to be cemented to the ground, which would then unfortunately mean it couldn't be moved. It's a shame it has these minor issues as it really is a nice statue.
