Alteril Natural Sleep Aid Tablets, 30 Count(Pack of 3)

This helped me fall asleep for awhile, and then I seemed to build a tolerance to it (like so many things). I am using Swanson's Sleep Essentials now, with far better results. I also found these tablets had a very unpleasant odor. The liquid worked better for me, but is more expensive, by far.

Okay....it's natural and it seems to work somewhat. Don't expect this to be the stand alone cure for your sleepless nights or insomnia. Seems a bit expensive to me for what it's supposed to do

Didn't notice any difference when using this product, and it came in damaged box that appeared to have been sitting in someones closet for quite some time.
