This is an excellent cushion, and pain reliever, great for those who commute. The size is perfect.

I have lower back problem from car accident years ago and sitting many hours on a chair always making the back worse and also getting legs pains as well. After using this cushion, amazingly it reliefs the pain and I’m able to more focus on my works without constantly standing up.Highly recommend for everyone even someone doesn’t have to sit for many hours. You’ll feel the comfiness.

The sides of this cushion come up as though it cups you in. It feels constricting and as though I am fitting myself into a cushion for a child (I am 5'4" and under 130lb). The front edge hits the back of the legs uncomfortably.I have purchased and returned so many seat cushions. This one did not pass my test. Maybe it will work for you.

Blown away by this cushion! My physical therapist suggested it, and while I was skeptical, it's been a game-changer. With a desk job where I sit 80% of the time, my back used to suffer. Now? Most days, I leave work pain-free. Considering my chronic pain, nipping other discomforts in the bud is crucial. Already planning to get another for home!

I bought this one and one from Cushion Labs and this one is much higher quality and a bit firmer which supports my weight better. Very pleased with it.

Works well , cushions my bottom when riding lawn mower

This cushion fits nicely on a chair and feels plush. I can't say for sure if it will relieve hip pain or any other pain but it does make it a lot more comfortable to sit for longer periods of time. Grey, sturdy material all around should last but probably depends on how much moving and sitting you do.

Because getting older is the pits, I have pretty constant, nagging lower back pain. I have an older cushion that I use on my office chair for when I don't want to stand at my desk, and I wanted to have a backup (or better, new) cushion available, too, so I got this. For reference, I'm 5'5", 135lbs, with a relatively curvy figure (aka, I've got hips and some booty). My number one complaint: this cushion is too wide and too thin. I'm not a big girl, so the width might be perfect for someone built larger than me. But even so, the part under my thighs is woefuly thin. While I appreciated the attempt at providing tailbone/lower back support, as that is something my older cushion does not address, it was lost on me because I simply didn't "fit" in the cushion. I used it for one afternoon and then abandoned it. Again, it might just be a sizing thing and this might be a wonderful option for people built differently than me, but if you're anywhere near my size, I would be wary.
