All the stars!
I am generally not on fire to write reviews for people. Particularly about an ink system but man, this thing is great and the folks who are selling it have been helpful and really fair on replacement parts. So, I'm a professor and print a lot and I care about the planet and my plastic waste. So I broke down and bought this system. I was REALLY nervous about it because I'm not terribly mechanically inclined.I literally opened the box, watched the video, heeded the "keep the cartridge and the reservoir on the same level" and bam. Endless ink. Then, I came home and discovered a puddle of ink in the floor and on inspection, discovered a break in the cyan and yellow lines. My 13 year old swears he didn't cut it and maybe he didn't....but his raging adolescent 'roid rages have me convinced otherwise.I was so pissed. Sure I'd have to spend another 60 bucks on this dream machine. But no. I emailed the seller and got a response in less than 12 hours. They sent a replacement tubing system and installation instructions (not hard!) And I'm back in business. Not for nothing, the cartridges had sufficient ink that while I was waiting for the tubing I was still able to print as normal.Good quality, awesome customer service, quality product. All the stars.

works.
works. no hiccups after 2 weeks, 40 pages printed. artisan 730. Note: you should disallow firmware updates for your printer. firmware updates may include detection and disabling of CIS chips.I do not even install the Epson software. It's not necessary. Windows 10 has drivers.

Unbelievably good!
The top cover of the Artisan comes off with a tug to the side. With some pliers you can snap off some plastic that blocks the silicone tubes from going out the back to the ink reservoirs.I had two concerns. First, that the ink would be messy. I've had nothing but bad luck with inkjet printers getting ink all over. Second, that the printer would refuse to recognize the cartridges for some reason. Neither were a problem at all. It's pretty much a set up and forget type thing. After a year and a half I ran out of some of the inks, so I just bought the replacement ink, http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00653RV8A/. Works great!

Excellent, Highly Recommend.
This is my second CISS System. The other one was a different brand. While they are both safe a significant amount of money when it comes to printing, This is by far the better one. And- it was ten dollars cheaper. Love Amazon and good like this. My husband set it up, so I cannot comment on the ease of set up. But, it has worked very well. If you buy one, please print every day- or turn your printer off and on daily, so the heads don't clog from not being used. (That's what ruined my last printer with a CISS)

Great device, incomplete installation instructions
Product is exactly as described and simple to install.Only issue is the prep. My printer is the A837 and requires minor surgery to facilitate the ink ribbon access. The video demonstrates raising the lid sensor, but that simply isn’t a useful option for scanned or “feeder” fed documents.

Great system: easy to install, inexpensive. UPDATE for problems.
UPDATE:I have had a few problems - occasionally, for no apparent reason, I get a "does not recognize this cartridge" message and it can be any one of the cartridges. I usually just pull out all the cartridges and pop them back in and restart the printer. It's not a big deal, but it IS an annoyance so I'm downgrading my rating.I don't know why anyone buys ink cartridges these days. I print all my brochures, etc., for my photography business on my Epson. I use a professional lab for my client product, but I do my own test prints. The colors from the Epson with the CISS are close enough to the final product to give me a good idea of what I'll be getting. The system was easy to install and worked well right out of the box. I recently learned that you don't have to carve out a little area of the printer's case to accommodate the filler tubes. You can prop the lid open and insert something into the printer's 'case lid open/closed' sensor to fool it into thinking the case is closed. I have been using these systems for years on a variety of printers and have always carved out a chunk of the case. This time I propped the case open slightly using the little plastic bracket that comes with the system to accommodate the filler tubes. I inserted a little rolled-up paper into the lid-closed sensor so that it will print with the lid open It does cause the scanner assembly to slant backwards a bit, but doesn't interfere with its operation. It works very well and doesn't seem to pinch the filler tubes too much. There are a variety of YouTube videos that show how to install the CISS systems, my favorite is at[...]I like this one because it shows how to insert a rolled-up piece of paper into the lid open sensor. Here is a link to an article I wrote about installing a CISS system on my printer:[...]

Ciss Cis Ink System for Epson Artisan 730
One of the best investments I have made for my business. If you use a lot of ink, this is the way to go. I have been using it over the Christmas Season rush and it has already paid for itself in ink cartriges I would have gone through. Fairly easy to install and works perfectly with my Epson artison 730 printer. !!! A great combination !!! Thanks for this great product.
