Not for me
I took one capsule before bed. Today I feel very depressed and zonked out. My thoughts are running slow. I don't think I'm gonna be doing very much today or taking anymore of this stuff.

Love this
This stuff helps me fall asleep when I'm stressed and need a good night's rest. I don't feel drowsy after I wake up which is amazing. Also great for days when you're trying to relax and your mind keeps running because it won't knock you out, just relaxes you.

This is simple. I have a stressful job. I take these only on the days I work and it calms me down. I don't feel anxious and frustrated.

Page says 60 count , bottle has 30 count
The product seems effective but the page was confusing. On the information it says 60 count. On the pictures of the bottles it says 30 pills within the bottle. When I received it it was the same, 30 pills in the bottle.

The Magnesium in this helps me sleep and keeps things "moving." I'm not sure if the HTP is helping mood.

Be aware
I took these pills, two a day as directed, for about a month and a half. I felt zero change in my mood or well being. Where I DID feel a change was in my stomach, which began to feel queasy on the regular after I had been taking the pills for a month. My blood pressure was dropping after being in the pills for 6 weeks. Within a DAY of discontinuing taking these, my nausea lessened, and my heart stopped feeling jumpy. Maybe these work for some people, but for me they aren't worth the side effects.
