Great Product, and it appears to be working as designed. My pet allergies have improved considerably to where I am only needing to use medication 2-3 times a week instead of daily. One complaint most people make is that they can't tell if it is working. No filter to change to see the dust picked up or any noise to give the illusion of it working. To be honest, I had the same concerns. I never heard of Airfree before and the $300 price makes it hard to "just try it". I am glad they had a black Friday sale, as it was just the right price nudge I needed to purchase it. When I received it, I noticed a Sharper Image business card, and found out that this is one of the products they sell which gave a boosted confidence in brand recognition.In terms of the product, it works exactly as describe in terms of its selling points - No maintenance/No filters and No noise. I did notice while moving it, that it does feel a tad warm to the touch which is in line with its description of heating up the air to purify. It is not hot where it may hurt a child or pet or cause your room to heat up unnecessarily - just a slight warmth.

The air purifier is so quiet I cannot hear a thing. From the first day I could tell it was working because my formerly constant sniffles are greatly reduced. I do not need its light so I turned it off but It is mildly warm to the touch so that is another indication it is working.
