This is the third set of bluetooth headphones I've ordered, and this is the only one that doesn't cut out EVER.They look bulky, but they're actually pretty comfortable and rest in my ears well. The buttons being on top make them easy to find while running. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Customer Service *by P***R on Reviewed in the United States on October 29, 2018* I purchased these to replace bluetooth headphones. I do wear hearing aids and needed something to push a little more sound out. The fact they connect to two units is great, but I have a few and you have to remember to turn off all other tablets, phones, notebook, etc. in order to connect to the two remaining. I do not use in a noisy environment, so can not comment on the noise canceling feature. When I received the headset, I gave it a full charge, but, after an hour or so the battery died and I could not get it to charge. I emailed the company and within a minute I had a response! Now, this was a Sunday morning around 6 AM, so I was quite impressed. They immediately said they would send out a new headset and have not had a problem with the new one. I seem to get 3-5 hours of use. The connection to my phone was a bonus, and it is nice to be listening to music, and when I receive a call, it is already connected! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ NOT ACTIVE NOISE CANCELLING EARBUDS *by S***N on Reviewed in the United States on April 25, 2018* Great sound for the price. They are NOT active noise cancelling earbuds. The block sound as well as any other thing you might stuff in your ears. I have worn them on 2 fights and they work well but again they do not actively block or cancel sound. They have good bass and like i said sound good especially at this price. They do not work well to sleep in unless you lie on your back or face down into your pillow. Laying so your ear touches the pillow while wearing these is uncomfortable and to some might be border line painful. Other than non noise cancelling and not really comfortable to sleep in, these are good all around head phones.
