Fits a BrewExpress Coffee Maker
Writing this review in case anyone else has a BrewExpress coffee maker (which I love), but can't get a replacement carafe because the company had to move their factory, making all items unavailable for the foreseeable future. After 5 hard years, our carafe's gasket finally wore out, making it dribble all over the place.I searched far and wide for something to get us by until we can replace our carafe, and after much trial and error, this is the one. It fits and works well as a replacement for the BrewExpress 10-cup carafe.

Unfortunately, it doesn't always pour properly and doesn't stay hot long enough. Considering it bears Cusinart's name and cost $48, plus tax, you would expect a better design.

Not a perfect match with our existing coffee maker, but it doesn't leak like the old carafe.
Not happy that our original carafe started leaking, but this one fits (a bit tight, however) and doesn't leak.

It is good if you like lukewarm coffee, not hot out of the pot
If you do not preheat the pot with boiling water for about 10 minutes and you put it on a cup warmer for another minutes, you will end up getting lukewarm coffee out of the pot.It is, however, sturdy, which is why I bought it after breaking two glass pots
