ouch ouch ouch but in a really good way, simply brilliant works. I had to be a little gentle on the calf muscles but after a few days, yeah started working them knots out so simple and yet yes.

I’m a huge fan of massage tools and always looking for ways to roll out my fascia. I lift heavy weights and have been extremely active for years, so I’ve accumulated plenty of knots and tight spots. This is the first tool I’ve found that really gets into my calves, and it works wonders on my IT bands, inner thighs, and more! One of my favorite things is that you don’t have to get on the ground. Sometimes you just want to relax and roll out without moving furniture or making a mess. With this roller, you can stand up or sit comfortably on the couch—no more excuses for not working out those knots! My husband loves it for his forearms & bices, too. The roller is made extremely well, and even the carrying case is top-notch. It’s definitely worth the investment. I own a lot of massage tools, but none as nice as this!

For what seems like an eternity, my hamstrings have been so tight. Many times when I stand up I could feel the tightness in my thighs. I got a massage, but I have large muscular thighs and the masseuse did not seem to be strong enough. I purchased a theragun a while ago to massage my tight muscles, but as silly as it seems, I could never use the theragun on my hamstrings because I'm way too ticklish. The theragun on my hamstrings was unbearable. It worked great on my arms, back and even calves... but hamstrings were a no-go. I was THRILLED to find this device. Yes, the price tag is pretty steep, but this thing is very high quality. I was a little skeptical about it being able to get deep enough into my hamstrings, but it worked AMAZINGLY well. It is very easy to use and I was able to provide exactly the right amount of pressure (I like a LOT of pressure). This tool is rock solid. I can't even put into words how great it felt after the first time using this massager. For the first time in recent memory, I could stand and not have that weird tightness in my hamstring. I am so happy with this device and would highly recommend to others that need a deep massage.

This product is phenomenal. It is beautifully designed and so easy to use. As a tennis player, I noticed both my knees were sore after hard court play. I went to a knee guy and after reviewing my x-rays, he told me I only have mild arthritis in one knee. Turns out it was not my knees but all the muscles around my knees that were sore from doing extra work - particularly in my calves. This brilliant device lets me massage my calves. I use a foam roller on my thighs but could not get at my calves- this device lets you get at everything. Brilliant
