I didn’t know what to expect when I ordered this, but I am glad I did. The first waffle didn’t turn out very well as I overfilled it and didn’t know how long to cook it. The second one was perfect and the third one was even better. There is obviously a learning curve to figure out the correct amount of batter to pour into it. The waffle filled a good sized plate leaving room to add the meat of my choice. My one issue is that I kept forgetting to turn down the temperature control after heating it on high. One of the surprises was the warning “Do not use nonstick sprays”. I followed the directions to brush the plated with vegetable oil, specifically avocado oil. The pancakes released easily and did not leave a mess. The one flaw in the instructions is the failure to tell you how to know when cooking is complete. Cleaning, after it cooled down, was easy with a damp cloth. I recommend turning the handle to the closed position, clockwise, for storage. This will eliminate the possibility of it opening when moving it around by the handle.

Super items , easy to clean when d you don't over doubt it. The little drip okay make a big difference. The instruction on when to flip is not clear about how the ready lights work.

This Chefman Rotating Belgian Waffle Maker is a fantastic value for the price. As long as I let it fully heat up before using, it makes the best waffles every time — crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The rotating feature works great, the non-stick plates make cleanup easy, and I love that it stores without taking up much space. It’s simple to use, well made, and perfect for mess-free breakfasts. I’m very happy with this purchase!

Works well. Wish it had something for timing. How long the waffles are supposed to stay in. It's a lot of trial and error.

I’ve spent money on two other waffle makers. None were as good as this one. Once you get the timing down, it works great. Sometimes when it shows that it’s ready, it’s not. But never overcooked.

do not over fill - it will make a dreadful mess. As a first time waffle maker it took some time to decide when the waffle was done but if you read the instructions it helps. I did not know why a flip feature was helpful until I flipped it. Handy You can keep my EGGO - these are worlds better

I have a Waring professional waffle maker that works EXACTLY like the ones in those hotels with self-serve breakfast. The thermostat broke and the part alone was going to be $35. So I bought this instead. So how does it work? Fine. Not great. Just fine. But for the price, it's okay and I'm giving it a solid 3 stars. Pros: Price point, ease of use, spill over plate that is easy to clean, non-stick when sprayed with a light coat of spray Cons: The ready light just tells you it has reached the heat setting. It does NOT tell you when the waffle is done. It takes 2-3 times as long to cook as my Waring waffle maker. You have to guess, and keep raising and lowering the lid. I'm not over-the-moon with this product. But I'm satisfied. So that's why I'm putting 3 starts.

This waffle maker does a great job making thick, fluffy Belgian waffles with a crisp outside. The 180° flip feature really helps spread the batter evenly, and the adjustable timer makes it easy to get the doneness just right. I also like the locking lid and drip tray — it keeps things from getting messy, which is a big plus during busy mornings. The non-stick plates work well and cleanup is simple once it cools down. It also stores upright, which saves space in the cabinet. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it takes a little trial and error to figure out the right amount of batter, and the exterior gets pretty hot while cooking. Overall though, it’s a solid waffle maker that delivers consistent results.

Purchased for Easter Brunch. It worked great. Sprayed non stick spray and had no issues at all with sticking. Great product.
