Definitely Smell Proof
It is a very large bag. It has a lot of special compartments is very durable.

4 stars for functionality, this backpack definitely does the job of concealing odorous contents. However, it would be unfair to write the review without the (minimal) concerns I have. The backpack, patented with a technology called SkunkGaurd, does set itself ahead of other products that offer similar features. However, th the VERY first thing I thought as I excitedly opened my package was, "Ummm... Was this thing made in China?" (It is). It's essentially constructed with the same vinyl material lunch boxes are made out of. Where the 4 stars come in (instead of 5) is where I feel this backpack is CHEAPLY MADE especially for being at a price point of nearly a hundred dollars. It is very stylish and modern, however, had I known what I do now, I may have saved my money and bought a LoudPack (TM). It's made with a similar thread layering process for odors, is 40 dollars cheaper, and isn't scratchy vinyl.
