Useless item for me,waste if money
Item is too long in size,asked customers care for “REPLACEMENT” but they say that its a non returnable product and they wont help any longer though customer is at “LOSS”.If call center/customer support team is not able to help customers whats the use of naming the team “CUSTOMER SUPPORT”. Better it rename it as “Useless Support”!!!What would b situation if its a damged product that I received? Do customer support team blame for it?WASTE OF TIME, MONEY & product js useless, may b I should it as a mopping clothAmazon is least bothered if customer suffers a loss, in name kf non returnable product
