We have a special needs child in the house who loves to play with switches. This a wonderful product to hide and stop him from playing with them.

Easy to install and easy to operate as needed
I have a few switches I do not want anyone to touch because they are powering lights with security cameras. Easy install, they look nice and blend right in with the color of the wall plate. Happy with sturdiness (including the mechanism to keep the cover closed). Popped these on in minutes. Long plate screws painted white are included to use as replacements for existing, to account for the additional thickness of the cover. I added a label (not included) with "DO NOT TURN OFF!" so no one would get curious about why the switch was covered. There are no kids in my house so I cannot speak to their ability to keep kids from accessing the switch.

Decent product.
The media could not be loaded. Very easy to install. Comes with screws but can simply use the screws already installed in the switch cover. Does a good job keeping toddlers from switching the lights on and off. At the same time once they get stronger and wiser I’m sure they can figure out if they pull hard enough they do just pop off. (This is actually somewhat convenient bc the tabs on top are hard to press and would be a nuisance if you had to tinker with them every time instead of just squeezing the top and pulling on the cover) we have yet to break one and the materials seem pretty sturdy

Super easy to install
Needed to cover a light switch that I didn't want people turning off. I had painter's tape on the switch for the longest time. Definitely not a great look. Should've bought these sooner had I known they existed!

It’s OKAY
The lock function could be stronger. Most of the time my daughter just pulls up on it and that’s enough to unlock it.

Does the Job
Use this in garage to keep from turning off the outside light. Don't have children in the house anymore so was not used as a child proof lockout.
