These arrived at my house in the mailbox and were absolutely melted. It's been in the 90's most days here lately so understandably they would melt outside. I wasn't sure if they would be salvageable, but to my surprise by the next day, they had regained their original consistency. I have been having joint pain for quite a while and started taking Glucosamine a fews weeks prior to adding these to my daily regimen. I can absolutely tell a difference. The pain is not gone, but it's not as bad as it normally is. I'm only about 2 weeks into taking them though and hoping it continues to improve. Now the only other negative I've encountered is the color. Be prepared for your fingers, fingernails, tongue, and probably teeth to take on the color. The wrapper takes some work to open and almost inevitably gets on your skin or under your nails. I realized very quickly my teeth must be getting colored because my tongue definitely is! My toothbrush reflects the same color. It seems to wear off your skin and nails after a day or so. Scrubbing under my nails did not seem to help very much. It's almost impossible to brush the color off of your tongue. My teeth still seem pearly white as far as I can tell, but I use a whitening toothpaste so maybe that helps.
