When i was in Sturgis a couple of weeks ago it down poor for 2 days first time riding in the rain! It's not 100% water proof I'd say more like 95% waterproof. It was more damp in the elbow and arm area and in the front after a down poor.

Q: How is this jacket in 90+ degree weather? Is it too hot?

It's pretty good according to my wife and daughter who both wear it as passengers. It has vents in the front and back and even though they're behind me, the vents make a big difference with the air flowing through. Also, the liner is removeable and should be removed for summer riding. Great jacket for the money. I ride a cruiser without a fairing or windshield, so full wind. Results may differ if the bike has those.

Q: What is the lining like in this rain suit.??

I wouldn’t consider it a rain suit, and haven’t worn in the rain. I can only assume the leather keeps the water out. I didn’t pay attention to the lining material the one time I wore it before winter set in here in Wisconsin.
