Does not help neck / back pain
After trying the pillow for a few nights, my neck and shoulder pain was worse. The “adjustable” elements are pretty ridiculous and don’t even make a difference in the structure of the pillow. It’s hard and uncomfortable

Actual pillow is not as described
This 'pillow' is hard, hard, hard! It is not comfortable at all and was a complete waste of money. The description said it was good for side sleepers, but I think it MIGHT be comfortable if you sleep flat on your back only.
