Another awesome affordable blade
Well I've had several knives from this company and to be honest with you I've never had a single disappointment for the price I paid. This is no different with this knife. Love the design it's very reminiscent of the blades from God of war that kratos uses That's what it initially attracted me to it This thing's a big hunk. AUS 10 steel it's a little overbuilt very thick very heavy blade stock others have made mention of it being tip heavy This is not the case as you can see from the pictures the balance point is right where the finger choil is just as it should be. The edge is nice and sharp although it can be honed and stropped to a razor's edge. As always the sheath is probably retentive and it snaps in with authority but is still easy to draw even without using a push of a thumb. Tec lok clip as others I have reviewed is the push button version and higher quality than the cheap knockoffs. She has no rattle when the knife is in it so again same as others no disappointment. For the price especially with the discount code given this is a bargain and I am proud to add it to my collection of over 300 fixed blades

Nice knife and a good value
I returned this mostly because I already have A LOT OF KNIVES. If you don’t and want an all around knife for both camping and emergency purposes, this is an excellent choice. Big enough for any legit camp task including splitting. Small enough for many kitchen tasks. Good steel (dc 53 is apparently upgraded d3.) Nice kydex sheath. This and a cheap mora would work well together.

A Truly Outstanding Knife
This Sweetheart is 5+ Stars All the Way. She's Shaving Sharp Right Out of the Box, and is the Perfect Size. If you are considering this knife, I say just do it. This is Definitely a Bad Azz, High Quality Knife.

It’s a knife
Okay, this is a quality build for the price. It’s a decent steel, it’s very sharp, has excellent blade symmetry, and a solid feel. Cons: the finger choil is too small, and is sharpened to where trying to use it will cut you. Trust me. Second, there’s no sharp spine with which to use a ferro-rod to start a fire. These compound grind style “tracker” knives are supposed to be for wood and game processing, but this style certainly looks like a stylized fighting knife. I guess you could if you had to, but its overall geometry doesn’t really support that.

Sharp and durable
Excellent blade for processing wood and fire making. Definitely recommended for bug out / survival style knife.

Versatile
It is a nicely done mid sized knife that can do well in a variety of applications. Arrived sharp and shows good fit and finish. The checkered scales give a very good grip even with wet, and it’s pretty comfortable even without gloves. Their sheath is what you can expect from them these days, well executed with good retention and no rattle. Cutting and chopping it performs well, it would fare even better if the spine was less rounded - as it really doesn’t do well to strike a ferro rod. Ideally if this your camp knife I’d suggest a ferro rod with its own striker, this unit would be a good candidate to add that combo to the sheath. I would have preferred no cut out and a satin finish option on the blade, but it’s not a deal breaker. A very good knife, a good bargain!
