FALSE!!!! HIGH PROTEIN: Each serving contains 30g of high-quality protein to fuel your muscles and keep you feeling full longer. Great for post-workout recovery, meal replacement, or a nutritious snack between meals.ACTUAL: 150 Calories, PROTEIN 8gA2A2 milk is great and easy on the body to digest so I was thrilled when I found a supposed protein drink that didn't have added sugar or fake sugar added with 30g of protein. This is just regular shelf stable A2A2 milk in a 8oz/240ml bottles.
