This tea has a wonderful taste and it has helped me with relaxation a lot.

I decided to try this loose leaf Lemon Balm and it's wonderful. The flavor is mild, yet flavorful. Lemon Balm is part of the mint family, but does not have a strong mint flavor, which is perfect for me, as I'm not a big mint tea fan. It is a wonderful Nervine herb and helps to regulate and calm the nervous system and support it for optimal well-being. I drink at least one up a day, but try to aim for two. I have noticed the difference in stress levels. Combining this with meditation, breathing, low impact exercise, stretching, and healthy eating is helping my overall well-being. I would purchase again.

Yes to value for money and size, packaging and the calming effect and more.But the aroma and the smell was a little not quite there. Still a good product, very useful for many health purposes.

A lovely light flavor that helps me relax. I enjoy adding a little lavender to the blend. I believe it helps me sleep better.

This tea smells wonderful, tastes mild with no bitterness, and seems very fresh. Unlike other loose teas I've tried, this one actually has a package that seals well, so I know it will stay fresh.

The tea tastes like green tea to me. It is quality product. Smells like green tea as well. I had used that for weeks , didn't see any positive or negative effect on me.
