Worst product
The charging is going down easily and voice is cut even tough the device is near to it. Not even working for 5 mins. I want to return this product and want money in return

Faulty Device
May be it was a faulty device . I received the device with zero batt power . However upon charging I realised it drains automatically even when ideal . But the most disappointing part is that there is a loud humming/ huffing sound when on call which is orating to the other party on call and embarrassing for the person using a device . Hence I am requesting a return .

The audio quality is comparable to high-budget earbuds. However, this particular bud isn't ideal for making calls. It's a good choice if you intend to use it solely for listening purposes. During calls, the recipient's voice echoes, accompanied by significant hissing noise, making it unsuitable for calling purposes.
