Affordable and perfectly packaged! These work without needing lots of equipment... what's great, is there are 3 different levels of bands! They do stink at first but after being out of the plastic for 30 minutes, they're great.

Great value for the product
They simply work, I use them for extreme sports training like SPT training for archery. It stresses the bands a lot as they are attached to the bow string and add poundage to the draw of the bow, they are still in good condition and have little deterioration, great buy.

Stretchy!
I got these because they were the cheapest ones when I searched. I'm using them for shoulder rehab after a surgery so I'm not putting them through the paces like someone else might. I'm really using them to get some movement. They work for me, they were affordable. They stretch. They have colors and a pouch. I'm not sure how to review a stretchy band.

Great exercise tools
I need to use resistance bands for strengthening my legs after a MCL injury. I had been giving a light band, but found after a while that I didn’t feel like the light band was giving me enough resistance. I was grateful to find these bands, especially at this price, to help increase the resistance and help with the strength training. I would definitely purchase them again.

Questionable results
Bought 2 packages. while product looks good and does what it says it does, I find it is not as stretchy as I would like it to be; the band reaches a certain point and it will no stretch any more. Would not purchase it again because it did not meet my expectations.

Easy to use
Easy to use, easy to clean. Yellow is good for beginners like me. Limited slightly because I don't have a good anchor point to use bands for certain exercises. But that's not the products fault. Comes with manual showing various exercises for a total body workout.
