Excellent quality and great taste
My family loves fried vermicelli and I cook it almost every week. This Yafa brand is amazing, it's a great quality vermicelli with the right size and thinness, perfect for those recipes where another pasta cannot be used, even when you get angel pasta and you break it in pieces, it's not the same. This brand is done correctly. We'll buy again for sure.

The real vermicelli
I fry a handle of vermicelli till they became brown then added rice then water and made my day :tasty ,easy to cook ,quality Extra and perfect size .finally thanks to you i got the perfect size vermicelli so delicious.

Fresh taste
This pasta is thin like angel hair but in pieces that are a bit less than one inch. They cook quickly in boiling water. They have a fresh taste and can be paired with any sauce really. I'm very happy with the noodles.

Easy to cook
I found a recipe online for Middle Eastern rice. I first toasted this vermicelli in ghee until dark brown then I added it in with Rice to cook together. It cooked thoroughly and was delicious. I would order from them again
