Outperforms any other steamers I've had before. Kicks out a lot of steam and gets out a lot of wrinkles. Even flattens out the bottom of the legs, at the seam, thatalways curls up. And straightens out the bottom of shirts that curl up at seam. So light weight that even an elderly person can lift it up with ease, to drain it or whatever. No wheels, but doesn't matter. Just scoot it along floor. It won't tip over. Doesn't take long to heat up for steam to come out. I've owned a few other steamers, that cost way more than this one, and they can't compare to this one. Just make sure you purchase another bigger pair of gloves and use the free ones you get for the microwave. Cause this machine really pours out the steam. Don't let the price fool you into thinking cause it is so low cost in price that it is inferior. It id small , but mighty. That's why you need a big pair of steamer gloves. This little puppy doesn't have to sit on the porch and watch the big dogs run by. She jumps off the porch and can run with the big dogs. She can perform better than most of them. A customer review told the readers the same thing I'm saying. And I'm glad I believed him. And so will you when you purchase this steamer.

Not good after 4 clothes it will be come so hot I got burn the handle is plastic and it’s so hot. I just found out this week usually when I use it I only do 2 pcs but this time it’s really hot

The temperature control not easy visible. The flat board useless. Good value for the money

I like how easy it is to put together. The color is nice and I like the various clothing settings, although I have never had a steamer with material settings (an iron, yes). Anyway, the settings can be changed by twisting the dial on the base but the dial is difficult to turn and the cotton setting which is what I mostly use, is one complete turn all the way around to the end of the dial! So don't even think about it if your hands are not completely dry. The water tank is easy to fill though like any other garment steamer. It doesn't tell you the kind of water to use, so I just used distilled.Now the actual steaming process can be done vertically or horizontally. I used horizontal to test it out by steaming the iron board cover that came with it. No issues. However, when vertically steaming the tube through which the steam comes has very little "give" and it has to be turned a certain way because it also doesn't extend to the height of your garment when the pole is raised to its maximum height. I had to lower it some so that I could more easily get to the top of my garment. So, not a perfect product. I may keep it or I may just get another.

As evidenced by the photos, the steamer works great! It took maybe 5 mins or so? Easy to set loves that it comes with flat board and accessories. Love the temp setting too! Can’t wait to try it on other types of fabric besides cottons.

Who needs an iron anymore? This steamer is like high speed and function. Not even 30 seconds and it was ready to go!Wrinkles gone in 1 pass..1 PASS! Less damage to clothing and no burns.I used this first time on a linen outfit on cotron setting and it blew me away with how quick it heated the water and loosened the folded wrinkles.I appreciate the little board for different way to steam but honestly hang your things n you are set....I hate to iron...in my 14 years of marriage ive rarely ironed...if I had this back then to start..oh what a difference & quicknessThere is a dial to control the steam level. I am not sure how accurate it is. But seeing how it steamed out cotton at contact. I think anything is possible at few inches away!

After for steaming for a while, the handle started to become hot even though it seemed my clothes. Well, it was just very difficult to use. It was hard to hold, and I did not enjoy using it
