It was super easy to use the instructions to put it together or simple to follow. My spider loves it.

The media could not be loaded.  Great size enclosure for my subadult regal jumping spider (whom I also bought on Amazon from InsectSales). I think the magnetized feeding whole at the top is a great idea. I also love the quantity and size of the holes on the sides of the enclosure for airflow. The reason I removed one star is because there are small gaps where the plastic meets up. So the springtails in my soil crawl down to the drainage layer (the rocks), fall through the gaps at the bottom, onto my table, then die. Also, you can see in my video that I keep rubber bands around the door to prevent my spider from escaping. There is just too wide of a gap for me to feel comfortable with leaving as is, but when my spider is bigger, escape will be less likely and I can probably lose the rubber bands. Overall, neither of those factors are dealbreakers, just want others to be informed. It is a good quality enclosure for the money.

overall I like this little set up, only had it for about 2 months though and the little plastic screw nut thing fell out that holds the latch turny thing in place. Having to order another cage.

When I first got this, I didn’t realize there was a protective film on the boards. It shows it very obviously on the directions, my fault. Great on them, too, because there was a scratch on the film of one of the pieces that protected the acrylic from having it.I also thought it was not going to be sturdy, but they have bands to put around the connectors that really hold it in place.I would and probably will purchase again when we go to add on to our enclosures. The shipping is worth the wait.

I’m excited for my second jumping spider to arrive so I can put her in this ! I love this enclosure more than the other brand I have as this one has more ventilation holes and these are large enough for a sub adult to adult jumping spider and it’s always good to have a front opening for these types of spiders because they make their webs on the top

The media could not be loaded.  This is my son’s first jumping spider cage. I still have to research what to put in it but so far it looks good with the coco husks and it’s so tiny I can move it around the house with us wherever we hang out if we want. Now I just have to catch the nosey jumping spider that is living in my door frame. Assembly was very easy and took about 5 minutes to remove the protective film and assemble. No tools were needed because most of the connecting parts are put together with clear rubber bands that they also give extra of.
