After using this product for a few days I did feel like I had a big increase in energy!

So, I ordered this because of an article I read but really didn’t know what this supplement's other actions and side effects were. After researching it thoroughly, I decided not to take it. "There is no good scientific evidence to support" the claims made for its uses and "also might be unsafe". After reading that in 3 different reports I decided not to take it. Live and learn.

Easy to swallow and no after taste.

I've just began taking this and I'm hoping for good things. They're easy to get down and I've had no side effects at all, not even an aftertaste. Each person has to decide, along with their doctor, what they want out of life and how to get there. I know what I want and I'm hoping this gets me there!

After taking these for a while I can say that they seem to even out my energy after a couple weeks of taking them once a day. It does take a while but I do feel a little more full of energy. Hopefully it continues to boost immune health as it says. I have nothing negative to say about these. Anything that helps me not feel drained throughout the day that does not leave me hung over is good in my book.

The capsules are small and easy to swallow. They didn't taste weird to me or leave an aftertaste.
