These are the grove sponges, except you don’t need to pay the membership fee to get them on Amazon. I just wish there was an option to get a lesser quantity. Other than that 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Grove Co. Sponges - Started using this brand during COVID due to the convenience of ordering them on line. Grove was the only place I could find hand sanitizer, and their on line store required a min. order, so I added these to the cart. Since then they have became my favorite sponges, they don't fall apart like those blue sponges that leave little blue particles all over the place. I also don't seem to have the odor problems with the grove sponges like I do with other bands.

These sponges are incredible! I’ve used them for dishwashing and cleaning and they perform exceptionally well in both tasks. They’re durable and such a great value for money.

I waited to review these sponges until I put it through the paces! Overall, I am pleased with them. First, out of the package, they do smell like coconut, which is very pleasant. That scent is gone once you use the sponge. The coconut husk side is really good for scrubbing the tough bits on dishes and countertops. I am surprised at how well it is holding up, I'm now seeing just a bit of fray on the edges. The cellulose side is soft, absorbent, and does the job. I would say that this sponge is holding up as well as the Scrub Daddy sponges I usually use. My biggest criticism is that on the rough side of the sponge, bits of food get caught in it, and it does stain (cleaned pots that had spaghetti sauce in them). I have washed them in the top rack of the dishwasher and the food bits and stains have remained. The cellulose side is not stained. It isn't ideal for this situation, because you don't want to be cleaning with a dirty sponge. One other great factor is that the sponge has not gotten that musty smell that some sponges get. I am pleased that these sponges are environmentally friendly, and the cost does reflect that ($24.99). I thought the box was to contain 6 sponges but I was pleasantly surprised that there are actually 12 sponges. That is definitely a more economical price per sponge. So I definitely recommend this sponge if you are looking for an environmentally friendly product!

Bought these based on the reviews but the quality is terrible …the scrub part of the sponge started to detach less than 2 weeks of use. They don’t clean/scrub well at all and the worse part is it develops a mildew stench that doesn’t go away, no matter how much you wash/rinse it before and after

These sponges are much better than your standard yellow and green sponges from the cleaning aisle of your local grocery store. Not only are they made from all natural materials, they are also much more durable and abrasive for cleaning tough to clean dishes. I have been using them for several months now and have only gone through 1 sponge- and that one is actually still usable, its just been demoted to counter top cleaning. I really like their appearance – they look like a natural material- and I also like that they are very effective when scrubbing.I'm of the opinion that all sponges are somewhat overpriced, and these are no exception, but they are priced pretty similarly to those less appealing, less effective, ubiquitous yellow and green standard sponges. I honestly cannot think of anything I don’t like about them…. For all these reasons I can recommend them 100%.
