High end pc
My first pc ever and I gotta say itโs well worth it.

The most powerful AND the quietest gaming pc I have ever owned
I ordered this on a Friday and received it on Saturday around 2pm and it was in perfect, unopened shape. It was very easy to get set up and running. I did a few internet searches to learn how to disable/remove all the bloatware MS puts in Windows that I didn't want (copilot, etc.) and then I was off to the races. I can not emphasize enough just how quiet this machine is! My last pc, a Corsair, was, I thought, a pretty quiet machine, but it would (seemingly randomly) turn on its fans once in a while and dispel the quiet - even when nothing appeared to be going on to cause it generate extra heat. This alienware r16, by contrast, is just plain always quiet. I haven't put it through a truly heavy workload yet, but I'm throwing all sorts of games and apps at it, and it's just so quiet. It starts up very quickly, and is just plain the nicest system I have ever owned. I guess, at least sometimes, you really do get what you pay for. This is a rock-solid machine. Very much recommended. Also, if you're like me, and you'd been avoiding Windows 11 as long as possible, I can tell you it's not too bad at all, once you tweak it to your liking. As I said at the top, it was pretty easy to get the bloatware out (the one thing they embed like a tick is Edge, but I'm working on that). Everything else that you don't want is pretty easy to pare out, leaving behind a system that runs well and puts very little load on your resources, leaving most of this system's impressive power and speed available to run the apps and games you actually care about.

Great PC - No Issues, plays my games great
This Review has been started the day after it arrived. everything looked really good until windows was fully set up and I started trying to download apps and surf the web. I was getting download speeds ranging from 10-50kb a second, ridiculously slow. This was clearly an issue with the PC because everything else in the room was getting upwards of 100Mb a second. I tried a few fixes on my own and then called dell tech support. I was on the phone with them for about 2 hours and they walked me through a number of other fixes, all of which have not worked. But they will be sending out a technician to take a look at it next week, will keep updating this review as the situation unfolds. Update - LOL, it turns out that the issues I was having were my fault. I thought that the antenna that the PC uses to connect to wifi and bluetooth was a wireless phone charger or something. I did not plug it in because my phone does not use that. As soon as the antenna got plugged in everything worked perfectly.

Amazing
I didn't want to buy a pre-built, but. Wow. I got it on a deal and I can honestly say that this thing is a beast. Worth every penny. It had probably the most current components when assembled so it'll stay running high end games for quite a while. Its a beefy boy for sure (kinda large) and yet its their "minimalist" build lol. Fairly heavy so for the love of all that's holy, don't drop it. Heavy just means it's choc full of goodies. Its as beginner friendly as a microwave. Plug in all the wires and cords, turn it on, it works. To recap: good for the price (on sale or not really), it's a bit on the 'big' side, got some heft, and works exactly as a gaming PC should... Playing 99% of modern titles on ultra graphics like a dream lol

Crashing and stuttering after 3 month
I use this PC just for 1 game. Nothing else is installed but what I need for the game. After it ran great for 2.5 month it now started to stutter about 2-3 weeks ago. Now I can't play the game anymore because it is lagging really hard. I tried everything software related to fix this (I used to work in a Computer store) but the issue is still there. Don't buy this PC, not worth the money.

This computer is everything you'd want in a gaming PC, and more!
I'm not going to lie, I'm very familiar with DELL and Alienware products being some of the best, but as a massive McLaren F1 fan and the fact that stuck with them through some ups and downs between 2020-2023 and even renewed during said period, made me like them even more, so I decided to take the plunge and get back into gaming as it's been many many years since I have (back when I'd build my own, but heck that was a good ~20 years ago. and with it being pretty close to just spec'ing it out without fully knowing if this part will work with this part. etc, etc..) I decided to just purchase one pre-built that had options for upgrading RAM, changing the CPU and so on, plus I was able to purchase an extended warranty for 3 years, which if you were building your own, you wouldn't have that piece of mind. Kudos to Dell for supporting my favorite F1 team, it's what steered me towards you after purchasing cheaper Lenovo laptops that'd last me a few years, but with this being a desktop I don't have to worry about the battery losing dead cells or whatever. Keep up the good work!

Iโm now a PC girlie for life
Iโve had this desktop for almost 2 years and I love it. I find the build quality to be exactly what I need for ultra high quality graphics without any lag. Everything is lightning fast on this PC. It does everything I want it to and more. The sound is very crisp and customization options are wonderful. It was super simple to set up out of the package.

Wonderful, but need to delete Alienware Program
Excellent performance all around - the only weak link is the Alienware desktop program, which ate up memory and slowed everything down. Once removed it worked perfectly.

Love it
