I have a smaller waist but now have a middle aged belly. It is very tight initially because the latex does not give initially. I needed help to put it on the first time. After that, was good to go. I needed the 3xl for my lower belly. I also got the one with air holes and did not realize it.

Totally honest review. Do not guess assume or take your pants as your size. Please be real with yourself. The product is GREAT. And only took me three day to put it on, I wasn't honest with myself ☺️ or maybe I was just so hopeful 😊. I read the reviews and that's what kept me from getting a medium thank God for that. Measure measure measure is the key. I got a large and by persistence dedication and hope I got it on. Day one there was a couple of hooks that snapped on, day two it was half way and finally day three it was on 😂 and my final day. I needed to wear it. So here is the deal, there is three rows of little hooks going on and down then three rows beside each other going across, so you really don't have to worry about losing weight and not fitting, and if your honest with yourself (unlike me) you'll get your size by measurements and if you gain some you can use another row of hooks until you lose it. Now the product is great and moving around made it more comfortable. I read someone say they needed help to put it on. Honestly if you get your actual size you won't need it because the hooks are in front and not behind. Also the importance of measurements is there is a lot of hooks, like on the back of a bra and those little things need to be hooked. Day two I was going to just try leaving it half way done 😂 impossible. This product is great, quality and does the JOB. I want another one if I do my diet exercise and start to fit this one without tears I'll reward me with another Getting this you will not be disappointed

So I remember when waist trainers first popped on the scene years ago and I bought one. I wasn’t dedicated or couldn't stand the discomfort so I stopped wearing it. Fast forward to me starting my weight loss journey in January 2023. I immediately ordered this one because I’m only 5ft and the other waist trainers were too long for my torso so it always caused pain and discomfort around the top of my private area and under my boobs; so this short torso appealed to me. Now when I first got it I could barely get it on even tho I sized up( I usually wear a large but ordered a xl) like reviews said to. It must have taken me at least 10 minutes to struggle to latch the first row! I tried to wear it for 8 hours but I couldn’t take how tight it was and took it off at the 4 hour mark. I was so inconsistent with it so of course I saw no progress. I’m naturally a curvy shape so I just needed it to train my stomach to be flat( it’s NEVER been flat in my whole life). I decided to take it more serious in February and be more consistent. Once I wore it for at least 2 days it started to get more comfortable. I was able to wear it for 8 hours at work( I could have done the whole 12 hour shift with it on). Ive even done some household chores, errands, and taken naps( don’t sleep in it!) in it with little to no discomfort! I really started to notice some progress after wearing it for a week. I can even get it on way faster than I could when I first tried. It’s now March and I’ve moved to the third row of hooks and now I need to size down! I started at a 45/46( I can’t remember) inch waist and now I’m at a 39 inch waist( I’ve also been doing wood therapy 3 times a week before I put it on and that has helped tremendously too)! I do notice that you have to be consistent and wear it for 8-10 hours a day at least 6 days a week and incorporate clean and healthy eating, drink plenty of water, and exercise regularly to see any progress. It does roll down a tad bit at the top of the back and sides but it’s not a deal breaker at all. Make sure to wear a shirt under it as well because it could possibly irritate your skin. I also noticed I was itchy immediately after I took it off but it subsided in less than 5 minutes. Make sure to size up at least! Go ahead and get it girl if you want to be snatched for the summer!

I’m 5’2 185 lbs, waist size 42 cm. I wear large in shirts but ordered Xl because reviews said to size up. I was able to fit the 3rd notch no problem, so I’m pretty sure I didn’t need to size up. May return for the large. On the size guide it said I’m a 3x so glad I didn’t go with that. I would say if really want to feel like it’s snatching you go with your shirt size. The quality is amazing!! Form fitting but still breathable! Also great for my short torso ladies! Definitely worth it, and it shipped super fast!

Ladies, I really didn’t know what to expect… After doing months of research with so many brands on the market— it was important that I buy 1 really good product that’s not super expensive but excellent in quality. This corset looks and feels $100-150. It has that soft leather shine. I can see myself wearing it out for an evening as an outfit, underneath a dress or over a blouse. It looks both sexy and classy. The measurement is 10 inches (front) 9 inches (back). I’m 5’2. 120lbs. Bust: 34 inches. Waist size 26 inches/170 cm. Hips 34inches. I went with the Black—25 steel bones—Size XS. When it arrived, the package was wrapped nice. No scent. 2 days—Prime free shipping. I was impressed right away with the quality and feel on my skin. But a—little—concerned I had ordered too small. After laying down on the couch, I took my time to relax and breathe while putting it on. The first hooks (1st of 3 rows) took a little effort but after it was on, I could fit my hand inside the opening near my cleavage. This gave me the confidence that there was indeed enough room to breathe. I could wear it for many hours and walk around comfortably. If you have a small torso—which I do—this corset/waist trainer is the one I highly recommend. I hope you’ll love it too!

Love this waist trainer. It has ample but flexible boning so it doesn’t form any major or permanent creases from bending or sitting. It feels good quality and sturdy and is comfortable enough to wear.
