The size is perfect, I am 5,7 and fits well and snug and feels well made and not cheap.

Works great be mindful of sizing cup runs a little small.
You may want to order a size up. If you are a bit more endowed I would even say two sizes up. This works great and and the movement and protection is there but it does fit snug and can pinch a little if you block a punch low. If you are getting hit here repeatedly enough to where it’s not enough for you grab a new training partner because they should be aiming for your head and body not you crotch.

works well, i just don’t like that whenever i sit down for a rest i have to completely take it off because it pushes against my lower chest making it hard to breathe

Al principio me preocupaba la talla ya que peso 45kg y no sabía que tan bien me iba a quedar pero esta todo bien, me sorprendió su peso la verdad es muy ligera y se nota de muy buena calidad, muy cómoda, muy linda, no te sientes limitado en tus movimientos y a buen precio.

Excelente para sparring
Muy buen protector, si bien no es una riñonera, si protege parte del area abdonimal baja. Yo esto lo compre porque cuando hago sparring, ya me habian dado varios golpes bajos. Con este protector si llegan a hacer un foul accidental no se siente nada. Además este protector me gusto porque es ligero y no te reduce tu mobilidad o movimiento de cintura.
