It is a great product, especially in a small bathroom. **Q: if my walls are 58" instead of 58.5" will it still be possible to install this?** A: Mine are 58-3/8 and I did not have to use any extension. Iffy.... But I suspect you could get it in, even if you had to compress it a tiny amount. I'm VERY pleased with this device... I think if I were you I would try.... but there is a small chance it just might not go in. **Q: Are the standard wall mounts supposed to come with the rod? Love this concept, opens up the tub area when showering but than rotates back to keep a small bathroom looking more spacious. Also, I had the curved rod prior to getting the new rotating rod and was able to use the same holes in the wall when mounting the new rod. **Q: The material is metal. Other bars and rings I've seen rust. Has anyone had any problems with rust?
