As a retiree who travels frequently around the state of Florida in a campervan, I have encountered weak cell signals in the remote areas of Florida's forests and other secluded locations. It has been difficult to receive calls or connect to the internet in these areas. I decided to try the HiBoost and am delighted with the results.I found the installation process to be quite effortless. First, I downloaded an app recommended in the instructions onto my iPhone to check the cell signal strength at my location. Then, I simply had to locate the optimal positions for the external antenna, amplifier, and internal antenna. I decided to place the external antenna on the front part of my roof, using its magnetic bottom to secure it in place. The small amplifier unit was placed on the side of my camper fridge, while the internal antenna was placed on the table at the back of the van. To my delight, this immediately boosted my signal by two bars in my driveway!I have tested the HiBoost at three different camping spots. Previously, at two of these locations, I couldn't get a strong enough signal for the internet. However, with the HiBoost, I can now access the internet at all three spots.Overall, the HiBoost Vehicle Cell Phone Signal Booster is a practical solution for individuals who frequently experience poor cell phone reception while on the move. By amplifying the existing signal, it helps improve communication, reduces dropped calls, and allows for a more seamless mobile experience while traveling.

Works well. Have used the car 2.0 version in booth my car and RV with good results. Doubled my speed in a remote camping area. Had a question and support responded in just a few mins. I find this to be a reasonably priced solution to my occasional poor cell reception problem. Glad I gave it a try.

I purchoused this Item on Oct. 8 2022, I am self- employed and some time work in remote locations with limited service. The unit is installed in my work truck. I have been using it for just under a year with no issues, until about two month ago. I contacted Noah in customer service/ tech support with the two issues I was having and he has been very helpful with trying to resolve the issues.I was asked to me record a video with the problem I was having and e-mail the attachmet to Noah and within minutes , He had responded back letting me know he was going to ship out a new unit to me.Thank you Noah for your great customer service to get me back up and running.

I use this for live streaming our storm chasing adventures and have noticed an amazing improvement in the signal! Well worth it! The customer service is outstanding! Noah reached out to make sure we were satisfied with the product, which I was, but I had a special request on specific equipment and he went above and beyond to take care of that request! Class act company right here!

Not working at all says cannot find tower but phone shows one or two bars. In contact with manufacturer to request help / refund. Will update when received.

I purchased this HiBoost as a cheaper alternative to WeBoost. Out of the box I was already pleasantly surprised to see I could power the device via usb vs needing a cigarette outlet. Perfect for my van. I also love that there is an app to show me how well the device is working. My first weeks of testing were frustrating, as it would sometimes work, sometimes give me error codes. This was using the DC outlet on the device. Then I tried using the USB C outlet and it began working as advertised. I finally had service where previously I did not. I was on top of mountains in Colorado on conference video calls no problem. With the HiBoost off in the same location, I had 0 service. Really cool! (Note that in places like this, where the signal is very weak, it helps to have your device right next to the inside antenna. In the future I might invest in a stronger inside antenna as it can be a little inconvenient.)Then one day the device stopped powering on entirely. Step back in time and shortly after my Amazon purchase, I was contacted by HiBoost customer support to see if I needed any help with installation or had any questions. I found this gesture a really nice touch. So when I began having problems, I reached out via text to Dominic, who felt like my own personal tech support. First time I've seen something like that from a company. Being able to text with a real person about the problems was a huge bonus. Dominic helped me resolve any issues and arranged for a replacement device to be sent to me asap. Super cool customer service. I haven't received the replacement device yet but if it continues to perform without hiccups for some time, I will update my review to 5 stars.Another thing worth noting about this device vs the WeBoost is the size. It's much thinner than the WeBoost and easy to store in my van.*UPDATE*After receiving a new device under warranty, I have been very happy with its performance after using for a couple weeks nonstop. As mentioned above, what I love about this vs the weboost is the the fact that it can plug into any usb c outlet in my van. I also love being able to monitor the performance via the app. The only thing I wish was better is the internal antenna can be a little weak. Sometimes I have to have my device right next to the antenna in really bad network areas. But overall, I am able to be online in places I previously could not. Really great device especially for the price. And A+ customer service.

In the end, this product didn’t provide a clear advantage for me but it might for you. Noah Bruce in Asia and the US support team were great through. They helped through my install and debug process, were honest about how the product worked and what it was and wasn’t good for, provided another unit to see if it was a defect, and gave me enough time to take trips in my RV to see if it would get the job done. For me, it didn’t and they took the product back but the great thing was that they let me try to see if HiBoost would work for me and stood behind me when it didn’t.

I am using this booster for a high end upscale golf course in Phoenix where we use state of the art technology to run our irrigation system. These boosters allow our iPads to function better than just using our wireless network. I recommend these to anyone that is looking to boost speed and connectivity on their wireless networks!
