Very happy with this product I feel I can push myself harder and recovery is quicker. Best thing is it doesn't bloat me or cause horrendous trumps look other products used with creatine! I can even take this not long before bed and tummy feels fine during night and I struggle with bloating a lot.I bought the smaller size and definitely purchasing again with a bigger tub. It mixes well and tastes great too, no complaints at all.

The taste of this vanilla is fantastic. Checking previous reviews and majority said the vanilla didn’t have a good taste, I got it and I am glad I did. It helps me recover quickly after my post work out and it’s very effective. It’s filling as well when added to a smoothie with oats. I highly recommend if you are a gym lover.

Overall good product easy to digest, great in taste easily mix with water, scoop is a bit bigger as I make two servings from a scoop but good protein source

Higher protein per scoop than most others AND 3 gram of creatine. Can't go wrong. Mixes well and tastes good. Have tried both chocolate and vanilla, chocolate is the better tasting of the two.

Having tried a few protein powders in my time, its hit and miss getting one that both mixes well and tastes good. This fits the bill for both. Very fine powder which mixes with a hand blender in seconds with no gungy residue at the bottom. I’m not normally a chocolate drink lover but this tasted just like my favourite chocolate bar. I got it on offer so very economical but could be a bit expensive at full price. But to be honest, the benefits are worth it.

There are some confusions about this product. The guide for how to use it is not added and also, they didn't write how much serving is. Also, the provider in London will know your door strongly at midnight to deliver the stuff to you.
