I purchased the soft version of this pillow and am truly satisfied. It came in a small, rolled vacuum pack and I was skeptical. I opened it, laid it flat and walked away. After an hour or so it had “opened” up and was perfect. Very comfortable.

I bought both the firm and the medium soft. And they both suck honestly. The bump that is suppose to cradle your neck is too large, too high. The other side that’s lower angles your neck forward which just hurts your neck and defeats the whole purpose.

Bought as a gift, was pleased when I was told it was one of the best pillows they've used! Totally recommend!

I was hoping for a more comfortable pillow. This one isn't any better than the ones I had before. Neck support isn't there. I wanted more curve. I still wake up with stiff shoulders unfortunately

This is a very good pillow at a great price. Not too hard not too soft. The only thing I do not like about it is the length. It is all most too long for a standard pillowcase. Which the description says should fit.

I have tried several of these cervical pillows, and many were just too high or too firm. I ordered the soft version of this and sleep on the lower end, which is just right for my neck. I'm very happy with it!

I have already noticed a difference in decreased neck pain using this pillow for a couple weeks. It’s not too stiff and regains its shape immediately. Very happy with the price as well. I was hesitant to order without knowing what it felt like but I’m glad I did.
