Working with Fire Stick 4K
Mic was not working in my original remote. Bought this one which has additional buttons as well. Working flawlessly also looks same as original.

This one is not support audio
Which one i get form amzone it have assitant button but it doesnt work. may be because my previous remote also doesnt have the function. another thing is my previous remote work from any direction but this one is only use as from the front to front to the tv. Overall its good thing for daily use there is nither any disadvantage i get . i'll Happy with the product

Remote Sensor was not working
I raised requet to return the remote but instead of return they exchange it .. but the exchange one also was not working.. we tried to contact on the mentioned number for installation but no help.. so at last we leave it as it.. but today we took help from some other technician he told remote sensor is not working thats why we were unable to configure.. Very poor service..

Not a MI original Remote
I have purchased after seeing image of the originality. But while receiving I came to know that it is not a original Remote. It's paring well but now I am facing some Little problem. After a month only I can say the performance of the remote.
