Great taste, less plastic guilt.
We were happy to find that not only is the flavor fresh and well rounded, but it is packaged consciously, and we can use our single serve coffeemaker without guilt of all that plastic waste associated with k-cups.

It's very difficult to use!!!!!
The more compostable/recyclable a product the more I tend to buy it. I tried Envi pods, much to my dismay. Each pod is air tight in a compostable bag, one more step? Others put, say, 8 in the same bags and it's great. Each pod dripped on my countertop, had 3 to 5 different drips so very hard to catch the whole cup of coffee. Very inconvenient and time wasted to try to catch each drip wherever it might fall.I don 't mean this happen here and there. I mean that this happened each and every time I "tried" to make a cup of coffee. My pod area was a mess of grounds, paper from the cup, etc. every day.I am a supporter of all things compostable/recyclable when they work, love them all. THIS PRODUCT DEFINITELY IS NOT A WINNER!!!!!I'm guessing here, but did the sellers even try this design before touting it and having Amazon sell it?Worst, it was that it was not eligible for return. I think this speaks volumes about the maker of this coffee pod. I'd really appreciate it if Amazon would take it off of the website so others don't make the same BIG mistake that I recently made. Honestly it’s good, and reasonable, what more can you ask for.
Okay I probably wouldn’t have tried this brand had it not been on sale. Our normal brand was listed at almost double priced and that wasn’t happening. We always use coffee with biodegradable pods for our Keurig. Then I saw these and they were cheaper than what I normally buy so I thought I’d give it a try. I bought the dark knight, it was very good now full disclosure. I love dark roast coffees, the darker the better. The dark knight was more of a medium dark vs dark, still it is good coffee. In regard to them being individually wrapped, they were, though most were not inflated. We did not experience any of the pods breaking so far as others have mentioned. That being said I have had other brands do that, top brand names. So if it happened I’d probably contact Amazon and just try it again. I absolutely recommend this coffee is very good, especially for the price.

Still plastic?
Why does each individual pod come wrapped in plastic? That counteracts the pods not having plastic casing.

every 2nd-3rd eco-pod seems to explode in my keurig
I bought these eco-pods once before not realizing I was ordering something other than the usual plastic k-cups. I was pleasantly surprised. I loved how fresh they smelled when opening each little package but will admit they were harder to store and took up much more space than regular k-cups. I loved the taste, the freshness and the value so I decided to order the same eco-cups again. This shipment seems to be what others have mentioned cause every 2nd - 3rd eco-cup seems to pop a hole or the whole bottom fabric part disconnects from the plastic top while brewing. This causes the grounds to dump inside the brewer's cup that holds the k-cup/eco-cup in place and there is no easy way to clean up this mess. If the makers of this product know it is faulty and will cause such a mess then why do they still sell it? I should have listened to the other reviewers. Do not buy the eco-cups. Stick with the regular k-cups or you will be constantly cleaning up grounds all over your counter and keurig machine. I must have gotten lucky the first time I bought these cause this 2nd batch is awful.

They break open during brewing.
They break open during brewing and you have to dissemble and clean out the coffee maker. I tried 3 times with the same result. The coffee itself if good but the only way to use the coffee is to open all of the pods and use the loose coffee insert. Plus, how environmentally friendly is a useless pod wrapped in plastic. Each pod is individually wrapped in plastic! Yes you can put it in a composter but how many people have that?

Inconsistent
I’ve been buying this for over a year now. I’ve found some boxes to be awesome. Inconsistent however. Some boxes, the coffee is more acidic and the texture gritty, with sedimentation left in bottom of my cup. I’d like to know how to order only the fresher, smoother tasting boxes.
