Its very good and useful product

The magnet on the product is not good for cleaning. It seems strong while we try to separate them with our hands but, it gets detached very easily while cleaning, which makes it unsafe as there is a risk it could fall on someone's head while cleaning your apartment balcony window.

The cleaning ability is very low, and it's difficult to use. I want to return it, but it's non-returnable. I feel helpless.
