It measures about 41/4 " thick. I do not recommend this pillow for a support pillow. It's way to soft and doesn't fit my head and neck like a true support pillow should. This company offers no money back guarantee, nor are they in the least helpful to any complaints. ( It doesn't smell like lavender either.) My rating was a 1.

Mine smells like a regular brand new memory foam pillow. Will it still smell like lavender by the time the new smell goes away?

My experience is from two months of trying this pillow. I never did smell any Lavender and it always smelled like a new foam pillow. The smell is minimal, but it never changed. I tried to use their warranty to return it (for reasons other than the smell), but they refused me, told me I only had the 30 day warranty from Amazon. I hope you have better luck.

Is this the lux living pillow brand?

No, the brand is called Perfect Cloud. Don't believe anything that's promised in their description of this Bliss Sleeping, pillow. It doesn't smell like lilacs and it isn't supportive. They also don't honor their guarantee.

Does it fall flat throughout the night?

No it definitely does not fall flat at any given point. Soft yet firm support for your neck and head. I bought one for my wife, and had to buy my own because she won’t share it. Since then I purchase two more for my parents. With that being said definitely a winner all the way around. You won’t regret this purchase
