NECESSARY READ FOR A HEALTHY LIFE FROM EXPERTS
The book is infused with the necessity to prevent and cure disease from unhealthy american lifestyles of watching too much television and eating fast foods that cause disease. The writings of Jody Raymond a incredible athlete and coach who looks like he is in his late 30's but I hate to say he is mid 60's.Listen to the best recent researcher of exercise, fitness and positive thinking. Jody is a hero in the fitness world.

This is an extremely valuable resource to help anyone at any stage of life and at any stage in their fitness and wellness journey to achieve a longer, healthier and more fulfilling life! It is well written, entertaining and filled with valuable insights! Highly recommended!

Thanks to Jody Raymond for gathering in one place the info and coaching I need to move forward with exercise despite my past mistakes. (Most recently tearing the long head bicep tendon.) Really useful information that I put to work on day one. I’m 65, which is approximately the Mr. Raymond’s age. Yet, he looks at least 25 years younger. And it was not makeup on television, he really looked that way in person at the book signing. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Not only an easy read this is a masterpiece. The wealth of knowledge and the heart the author put into this book makes this a bestseller read. Great job!

Great book!! Health/Wellness/Lifestyle/Human Nutrition
I am so proud of my Dad and his latest accomplishment. He has been researching and working on this book for years.The Riker Regimen is perfect if you are curious about the food/water that you put into your body, how to navigate a world where there are more unknown ingredients and chemicals in our products than known ones, sustainable exercise flows, and your overall health.The structure of the book is easy to read and understand. The Riker Regimen is packed with science and evidence-based research. He has read thousands of books, articles, cases, etc. and summarizes them into digestible summaries. At the end of each chapter, there is a comprehensive list of the references used if you want to explore a topic further.Although The Riker Regimen, in its entirety, may seem overwhelming, he does a fabulous job of suggesting places to start/how to incorporate these concepts into a realistic lifestyle that will work for you.My Dad genuinely wants to not only cure his cancer patients but address the “root causes” of cancer to eliminate it and other chronic diseases entirely.I can attest that he has integrated these bullet points into his everyday life--with the exception of the occasional GF dessert. (He does surprisingly have a big sweet tooth !!)I 100% recommend The Riker Regimen to educate yourself & take your health into your own hands!

A great REFERENCE (and MUST-READ) for everyone pre- AND post- cancer
I thought I was doing well... exercising 4x/week; eating what I assumed was healthy; keeping my weight under control; drinking more water, etc. etc. etc..... and then, I got cancer AGAIN! I absolutely had to make changes, but HOW? I already thought I was doing it right.Thanks to this book, I now know what I've been doing wrong, and what kind of adjustments I need to make to try and avoid cancer a third time! Dr. Riker addresses subjects like these:- The foods we SHOULD be eating and the ones we MUST avoid;- The cancer-fighting supplements we should be taking daily AND the proper doses of each;- The types of exercises we should be doing, and how they will keep our bones strong and our bodies healthy.And, there's seriously so much more. I've even found that the information I've gotten from these chapters makes for great conversation and great debate. Everybody's got an opinion, and everybody's interested in what they should be doing to live a better, healthier, longer life. The answers are in The Riker Regimen. I figure I'll be using this as a reference for years (and even giving it as gifts). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

EXCELLENT resource for optimal Nutrition AND Fitness
The potential to eliminate or diminish health issues coming from such a qualified, veteran doctor is a tremendous opportunity. The tone is extraordinarily relatable, because the author clearly states that it’s been a learning process and that like anyone who gains knowledge, he has had to adjust his views and application of them. The content is simple, very refined and the way it is broken down makes it easy for the reader to compartmentalize each concept and then decide how to integrate everything into a realistic lifestyle.Overall, the book has no overwhelming feel to it which is exactly what people facing health issues need. It’s sensical and unique in providing BOTH nutrition and fitness expertise. The Riker Regimen is something I would have loved to have had as a young teen. It would have been SO empowering and saved a lot of hassle in not understanding different health challenges. But going forward, I’m grateful Dr. Riker took the time to condense his wisdom now.
